"His Majesty, Prince Luan Grey!"
Everyone looked our way as Luan's name was announced by the herald.
"And Alpha Liviana Crest, his majesty's mate" the herald added.
Everyone gasped.
I looked at Luan in shock.
I didn't know my name would be announced.
Luan offered his arm for me to hold so I did.
Everyone stared at us as we went down the stairs to the ball room.
Everyone was whispering and murmuring to one another.
"Alpha? Did the herald announce it correctly?"
"The prince's mate is not of royal blood?"
"Liviana Crest? I feel like I've heard the name before"
"Since when was the prince mated to an ordinary she-wolf like her?"
"The prince actually found his mate"
