As Sam enjoyed getting used to living with Daniel and his family they had to get used to being one of the many girls/women of his life.
"So how long have you known Daniel?"
"Since we were pre-teens. Why?"
"Do you like him?"
"As a person or as in dating?"
"Both."
"As a person not so much dating."
"Why?"
"He's too physical..."
"How?"
"He just is for me."
"What ever."
Sam said before she walked away both jealous and now curious. Grandma smiled softly before talking to Sam.
"So how did you and Daniel meet?"
"We met a quite a few years ago when I was... dating some less than kind men before suddenly going no contact online for about two years before we started talking again and then we started dating."
"Oh? It was while he was still at his Father's place right?"
"Yeah, he said he had to move to you because he wanted to keep talking to me."
"Well seeing as you two have been keeping with the Lord's word I think it was a great decision of his."
"Yeah, it's been a bit difficult for us both on that end."
"Why?"
"I'd rather not say, sorry Grandma."
"It's ok sweetie, I understand it's personal."
"Thank you."
"You're welcome dear."
Sam hugged Grandma gently and happily before walking back to the room they shared with Daniel, before closing the door and blushing badly while booting up their laptop to start class.
"Welcome Sam."
Their professor said as they logged in, early as usual, before they pulled out their notebook and pencils.
"So shall we get started early or will you wait for the other's to join hald an hour late?"
"Now now Sam, you know you are not the only one who gets in early."
"Yeah, I'm always early too."
Jared said as he logged in to their shared class and their professor smiles before simply stating.
"So we will wait for everyone who will be on time."
"Ok Professor Christian."
-----A few hours later-----
"And so that is how you complete that problem and that will be it for this part of class, I will leave you to solve the rest of the problems for the next three hours, and you may ask me any questions you need to, and as usual I will not be giving you the answers."
"Thank you Professor Cristian."
Sam and a few other students said before returning to work as Daniel walked in and kissed Sam's forehead before sitting down and getting to work making scrolls the third week now, at the time April was around the corner.
"So Professor Christian how do you feel about the truth of magic and the logistics behind it?"
"It is interesting to say the least Mr. Daniel, your partner is quite hardworking and I believe that you both will be able to make full use of it, you able to see through the logic and understand it with your wisdom, while your partner can do it through their hard work and lots of powering through with their strong will and clear motivation."
"Got it, thank you for your insight Professor Christian."
"No problem Mr. Daniel, shall I send you the image so you can give me the scroll, or should I send it to Sam?"
"Send it to Sam, it's easier for us all this way."
"Yep, I don't mind helping my love by using my email."
"Ok then I'll send it to your email Sam, see you in a couple of days."
"See you then Professor."
Sam said as they logged out to receive the picture so Daniel could give Professor Christian a promised scroll for not being too hard on Sam, but also not giving them an un-earned grade, if Sam gets a good grade it is for their hard work, but Sam will not be ostracized for any reason outside of their own failure, and only if they make it clear.
-----A few weeks later.-----
Three days from the present in the story.
"So why are you so interested in what Daniel does day to day?"
Ezbeth asked Sam as they got back home from going out for a jog.
"Why do you care, I thought you weren't interested in him romantically."
"Because you seem to be obsessed with him."
Sam just sighed and walked away, now annoyed as Ez had been starting to hound Sam and try to spend more time with Daniel, for some reason.
Sam sat down in their shared room before closing the door and starting to think about Daniel, and their future, slowly burning up intimately before blushing badly and attempting to quell the flames before Daniel got home and not let anyone know of their current feelings.
About twenty minutes later and after Sam had finished Quelling the flames, a soft knock was on the door.
"Babe, can I come in or are you changing?"
Daniel asked respectfully, partially causing Sam to blush happily before calming down and opening up the door and hugging Daniel tightly.
"It's ok Daddy, I missed you!"
"I missed you too baby, I love you."
Daniel said before kissing their forehead and holding Sam in his arms.
"Daddy, cuddles?"
They asked before making grabby hands at him and blushing cutely.
"Of course."
Daniel said before lovingly picking Sam up and cuddling them before laying with them on their bed, laying their head on his chest as he pulled out his phone and turned it off.
"So how was your day baby?"
"It was good... but annoying without Daddy."
"Ok baby, anything you want from me?"
"A new stuffie!"
Sam said blushing badly while thinking about their earlier actions and hid their face in Daniel's chest, while Daniel was none-the-wiser in the moment.
-----Three Days later-----
"So what is going on?"
"Just something I did once I made 'Anchor Soul'."
Daniel said to Sam and their family as they all sat in the living room as the news came on.
"Welcome to the 5th of April, it is currently 6:34pm, and today at 6:53 a young woman was found to be stuck to a single spot out front of a local high school and she is still currently stuck there, and she is blaming local celebrity Daniel [Redacted] for trapping her there, we do not know if it is his doing, and he has yet to reply to our questions, and we are unable to talk to him at his home, because he can teleport away. The woman is being taken care of by multiple female officers and field workers to keep her both safe and healthy as there is no way currently known for her to be removed from the spot."
