-----As the Nevlin finally contacts Daniel-----
"Thank you for contacting me, but I wish to just keep living my life as I have been."
I respond before going along with doing my studies after the government test a couple of days ago. Going to make a mental anchor didn't work, but visualizing the place I wanted to go to did, so making a direct connection and mapping out the area would also give me quite the distance and understanding of my ability to move through space and instantly move along. After about 4 hours of testing and mapping, I figured out I could currently teleport roughly 50 miles in radius, but only to places I couple properly visualize and knew where I wanted to appear at.
-----At the Californian Army base-----
"So he really doesn't think much of possible power, and being backed by the Government."
"It seems that way sir, shall we gather?"
"Yes, we need to get him on our side in some fashion."
-----The Decision-----
The final vote came down to a close 120/131 vote for contacting and creating a contract with Daniel, and give him full control of the requirements for when he can be contacted and called upon for making scrolls and to call meetings with.
"So it is decided, Tomorrow I will reach out with the president to see if he will create a contract to help us and increase his productivity as a US citizen."
"Understood."
The Generals called out in unison as the vote finished and the Commander had announced the vote's conclusion.
-----The Final Contract-----
"Thank you for accepting our offer and for giving us your restrictions and allowing us to create a contract with you, Daniel, will be getting our full support and the person you have asked Citizenship for has been granted and their paperwork will be sent to your door."
The email wrote, signalling that Daniel will only create scrolls two days out of the week, and drop them off bi-weekly to his designated base for that shipment, with a payment of $200.15 USD a scroll dropped off, and only two calls available between 8pm and 6am on Monday night, Wednesday Night, and Friday Night, While granting citizenship to one Sam [Redacted] and giving full pardon to any crime committed by Daniel and Sam for the next month, as long as it is not s****l, theft, or vandalizing property, including international crimes.

I email back ending the chain there as I wait for the base I will be dropping off the first set of scrolls, I have already begun to create, all of them level 1 Teleportation, I can now change the level, but only for spells I could cast myself.

I need to figure out if I want to even allow to the government to know of all my spells, they know of two, but I'm learning how to summon what I want, but it has yet to become its own spell, which reminds me of my second level derivative of Teleport other. I can Teleport others, as in people and animals, but only to one of three places now. Home, Work, or simply Back, as in to where ever they were, I've taught Mr. White how to Teleport, but he is having trouble with it now.

"So we will need to evenly spread out the scrolls and his payment, he should only be able to make so many, but he may get bored and make more, so how about we start with around 50k waiting at each base and we start on the eastern side?"
The commander says to the president who simply nods and waves his hand.

The Commander says as he leaves President Pumt's office and went to his own within the white office before going over the requests from the different bases as well and compile them in an Email.

The Commander sends the entire list to Daniel for him to figure out how to split up the scrolls and where to send scrolls to first, as he has full control of how he handles these things.
