Chapter 10Quarantine
Ross returned from his appointment with Daniel Moss feeling far better than he had on first entering the doctor's surgery. Though he was no stranger to the building itself, with his wife Maria being one of the senior G.P.s in the practice, it felt odd sitting in the waiting room, waiting for his name to be called. Carol, the receptionist on duty had greeted him as an old friend would and expressed her own surprise when he'd announced he was there as a patient.
His meeting with Doctor Moss was short and painless.
