Everyone was free, Kacchan got the twins back but still mourned the loss of their father , Aizawa told Yamada he was pregnant, Yamada understood and knew he couldn't be mad. Aizawa decided to let the twins and his kid grow up together while living separately.

Final

Adria and Alessia were actually allowed to be royals in Japan along with their little brother Touya, Kacchan was the main ruler until Adria or Alessia were old enough to choose who wanted to rule. Aizawa went to therapy and so did Kacchan as well as Yamada. Everything was finally back to normal well or at least they were sure normal isn't a word here.
