My soon to be beta, Dave walked into the classroom and threw himself in the desk next to mine, I raised my eyebrow and he shook his head and said "Macy".

I instantly knew that he must have done something to her and I laughed, Macy was Dave's possible mate and whenever he saw her, the guy did or said some stupid s**t that just served in pissing her off.

He scowled at me and I tried to stifle my laugh. The classroom door opened and in walked the new teacher I saw earlier.

The class instantly quitened down. There was an air of power that rolled off of him in waves. Huh, must be a man of Alpha blood I thought to myself. He took that time and introduced himself.

"I'm Gabe Lerman, your new History teacher as all of you have probably heard that the previous one has retired, right so let's get to work shall we." He said rubbing his hands together. He walked up to the board and started writing some stuff about the second world war.

Dave leaned in and whispered "So Nicole isn't back yet?" I shook my head and saw Mr Lerman slightly stiffen at the name.

"You know, it was probably the first birthday the two of you spent apart ever since you've know each other" Dave says, I shrugged while paying attention to the teacher's weird reaction.

"You aren't very talkative today are you?" Dave mumbled.

"Sorry dude, a lot going on up here" I gestured to my head. He just rolled his eyes and started talking about Macy.

The day dragged on and soon the final bell rang and school was out.
