The Unbreakable

Chapter 8

(Adam's P.O.V)

Lee is going to kill me. I’m looking down at the dead bodies that littered the floor of the girls room.

"How the hell did they do this?" My wolf Aaron asked.

"Your guess is as good as mine bud," I am running my hands over my hair as I step over some of the bits of bodies scattered on the floor.

"How did that bastard know that we are a wolf?"

"Again I’m not sure bud" now rubbing where they injected me with wolfs-bane, not sure if they were trying to kill me or just knock me out. Definitely wired that they decided to do it now.

"We need to find them bud, you up for it" knowing that wolfs-bane is deadly to us and weakens our wolves drastically.

"I think it would be best to get Lee, I am feeling a bit weak but not completely out of it." I’m not sure we have been out for but its best I do, hope they haven’t gone far. Lee told me to guard them with my life. I have never had to guard any of the kings new woman, this was a first so that means lee had a reason.

Taking a deep breath and pulling out my phone. "He is definitely gonna kill me," I say out loud.

(Lee's P.O.V)

As I get in the car my phone rings, pulling it out my pocket I see it Adam, I sigh what has that jackass little brother of mine done now.... He only calls when something is wrong.

"Adam" I answer in a tired tone.

"Lee there is no easy way to say this" he pauses.

"Spit it out Adam" I get annoyed when he does that.

"That bastard Gregory new I was a wolf!" I am now sitting forward in anticipation "They drugged me with wolfs-bane, not sure if they were trying to kill me or just knock me out." 

my eyes grew wide as I shouted at the driver 

"Stop the car!" The driver did and I get out and walk a little way.

"The girls" I ask in a semi panic tone.

"I don’t know how they did it but they killed everyone and left." His voice shaking a little.

"Don’t move I am on my way" I say as I end the call, running back to the car I tell the driver to head back to the city.

"Yes Beta." 

 He did a turn in the road and headed back towards the city, I just hope we not to late to find them. My wolf Sam appears in my head.

"Lee you need to tell Damian."

"Yea I know, but there is no point telling him if I don’t have the girl, or answers on where they are.."

"If you don’t tell him it will be worse for us, especially when we tell him all of what we know." he was right. I grabbed my phone and called Damian.

(Damian's P.O.V)

Paul and I got back about 10 minutes ago I walked up to the second floor, The whole floor was mine. Waving to Paul as I ascended the stairs, a nice hot shower should help. I say to myself as I reach my room door my phone rang in my pocket. Lee? He must have news on this girl.

"Howzit le" I didn’t even get to finish his name before he cut me off.

"Damian I need your help how long will it take you to get to the city?" he sounded desperate.

"Ummm in a couple hours I guess. What's happened?"

"I cant explain everything right now, all I can say is that girl is 100% special, I was right."

"Ok I will get ready and meet you..... Ummmm exactly where in the city?"

"Oh.....Right.....At Coghlan street number 87"

"See you in a couple hours" with that I hung up the phone.

Well so much for a relaxing shower, I jumped in, washed and got dressed grabbing my keys off the bedside table and sprinting out the door. Heading down into the basement where all our cars were parked I headed over to my 1969 fast back, jet black mustang. I had built this car from scratch so she purred like a dream her twin V8 engine was in pristine order, I jumped in and started her up her blue and black leather seats were custom made and looked amazing.

As I pulled out of the underground parking I saw Paul walking towards me, I wound down my window.

"Where you heading?"

"Lee just phoned me he wants some help with something in the city"

"Oh... Ok mind if I tag along?"

"Sure hop in" as I lent over and unlocked the door.

"So what does that knuckle head need help with?" He gave a laugh as he said that, those 2 were forever calling each other names.

"Some girl"

"pfff ha ha ha ha, what he doesn't know how to talk to one ha ha ha" He was laughing so much that I just shook my head and laughed to.

"Ahhh, no in all seriousness Damian."

"I'm being serious, you remember when I told you he was doing research on some girl?"

"Yea when we went for a run"

"He said he couldn’t explain everything, but he said she was very special."

"Dam wonder why"

"No idea, he just asked me to meet him as soon as I can."

"Cool, shall we listen to some music?"

That's the only thing I really changed in the car, a touch screen radio. Putting the flash drive in one of my favourite bands started. five finger death punch.

(Adam's P.O.V)

After finishing the call to my brother I hung my head, I defiantly f****d up but hopefully it can be fixed.

"Well we better go wait outside for lee and its starting to stink in here," Aaron says to me.

"Yea its best we do."

 Making my way up the stairs and through the kitchen, seeing the front door wide open, there scent is fading quick so its been a while since they were here, I followed the scent up stairs first to see what they were doing. I found there old clothes discarded on the floor, I made my way back downstairs to the open front door . I cant leave cause lee told me to stay, but if I don’t I am going to lose there scent all together...... "s**t"
