Callista's Point of View
The night was cold and unforgiving as tears streamed down my cheeks, blurring my vision as I stood trembling in front of Alliah's condo unit. My heart was heavy with pain, and I felt like I was drowning in an ocean of despair. When the door finally opened, revealing Alliah's surprised face, my emotions burst forth like a torrential downpour.
"Oh my God, Calli!" Alliah gasped, immediately pulling me inside her warm and comforting space.
"Alli..." I sobbed. Parang bata na umiyak ako at kumuha ng suporta kay Alliah.
"What happened? Nag-away na naman ba kayo ng asawa mo?" Alliah's concern was evident, but I could hardly speak coherently through my tears. Marahan naman niya ako iginaya papasok ng kaniyang unit.
