“Go ahead, human.”
“If she is Lucifer, does that make you a demon?”
“I am a prince of hell, yes,”
“Wow.”
Nicholas took a deep breath.
“Are you scared, human?”
“No, no, I am not,”
“Yes, you are, I can smell your fear. You have nothing to worry about as long as you do what you are supposed to.”
Asmodeus drove into Luci’s compound.
“As long as I do what I am supposed to? is that a threat?”
“If I were threatening you, you would be very aware of it, human, now go in, she awaits you.”
Nicholas got out of the car. He walked to the door, and it was opened by the butler Ornias.
“Welcome, Mr. Palmieri, come with me; the mistress awaits you in her study.”
Nicholas was led through the house to the same room he had dined with her the night he was there. Ornias opens the door, and sitting on the chaise couch was Luci, wearing a purple strapless dress.
“Welcome, Nicholas, come, sit with me,”
Ornias closed the door and left them alone.
“Don’t be scared, Nicholas, I won’t bite,”
Nicholas took in a deep breath; all he could think about was how crazy he was for letting Takeshi talk him into agreeing to this; he was back in the devil’s lair.
“Would you like something to drink? Or food to eat perhaps,”
Nicholas sat down next to her.
“No, thank you,”
“Ok, then,”
She got up and went to the table and poured herself wine. She picked up a laptop laid on the table, carried it, and handed it to Nicholas.
“Here, you will be writing in this,”
She sat next to him. Nicholas took the laptop and turned it on. It looked exactly like the one he had at home.
“It’s exactly like your own, isn’t it?”
“How do you know that?”
“I know everything about you, Nicholas,”
She looked at him and smiled. There it was again, those mesmerizing green eyes looking at him and her lovely dark brown skin glistened under the light in the room. Her beauty finally made sense to Nicholas; she was not human; that was why she was so bewitchingly gorgeous, he thought to himself. He snapped out of it when he remembered the vile creature, she had shapeshifted into the last time he was here.
“Ok, let us begin; how do you want me to begin your story? Can I ask you questions?”
“Let us begin with the rebellion in heaven, which I led; Luci took a deep breath and then continued. You see, after I birth my son, Yahweh made it clear to me the role our son would play in humanity’s future. And I could not take that, my son being a sacrificial lamb.”
“Your son?”
“He is known to humans as the Christ, Jesus Christ.”
“What? Do you birth Jesus? You are Christ’s mother?”
“Yes, I am.”
“Oh my God, if you are Christ’s mother, then that makes you...”
“God’s ex-lover, yes,”
Nicholas covered his mouth in disbelief; also, the fact that she and God had cosmic s*x was tough to wrap his head around. He tried not to think about God having s*x with the devil.
“This is unbelievable,”
“Why is it? Is it so hard to believe that God and I were once lovers? How do you think this all began?”
“Forgive me, but I struggle to believe this.”
“Of course, you do. These are secret things of heaven known only to the Angels and demons,”
“Up until when you revealed yourself to me, I hadn’t even known the devil was a woman.”
“There has been a lot of misinformation about me and my true nature; it’s not knowledge privy to humans. It was all part of Yahweh’s propaganda after I lost the war and was cast out of heaven. They erased all the female Angels’ contributions to creation and life as we know it. Even the female Angels who didn’t betray God suffered because of my defiance.”
“Why would he do that? But God is the creator. You paint him as though he is the enemy,”
Nicholas doubted all she had told him.
“Is God not a man? Why would he want the world to know that he went to war against his lover, a woman, and almost lost; his ego could never handle that. Do you ever hear of female Angels Nicholas? We are practically nonexistent. Most of the Angels who rebelled with me were women, wives to these Angels in heaven; Women tired of being erased and invisible, kind of like what you men do to your women on earth, as above and below. Human female contribution to human history has all but been overlooked or erased from your history books.”
“I see; I don’t want you to take this the wrong way, but what are you hoping to gain from sharing this story with humanity? Your reputation amongst humans has been that of a liar and deceiver. This is going to get a lot of pushback. A lot of people will revolt against this story. I could lose my life publishing this,”
He continued to type.
“So, what do you suggest I do, Nicholas? Continue to spend eternity being misunderstood, hated, and painted as the enemy of humanity. The enemy of all that is good and holy, am I to continue to endure this fate?”
“This whole time, we thought the reason behind your rebellion was because you were power-hungry; most humans will think this is another attempt on your part to undermine God’s power and sovereignty.”
“Don’t you humans ever learn anything; you have the answers right Infront of you, but very few dare venture beyond the confines of their fear and limited understanding. Is it not written in the book of Genesis chapter 2:7, “And the Lord said let us make man in our image and likeness” Who exactly do you think he was making that statement to when he said, “let ‘us’ make man in ‘our’ image and likeness”?
Luci looked at Nicholas.
“It was you?”
“Listen, Nicholas, I know you probably have a lot of questions and a lot of doubt. And what I have revealed so far is overwhelming information to you. But I want you to know that everything I say to you is the truth and nothing but the truth. I have lost everything. All I have is my truth.” Nicholas sat in silence for a while then opened the laptop once more.
“So, you and God created the human race, please go on.”
