Chapter 33: LilyAlpha Ryan spoke the name, "Lily." When the head maid looked at me, he turned his gaze to me.
Everyone's attention was drawn to me as if they were looking for a ghost or a criminal. My breathing had even stopped by the time I heard Ryan say something and gaze at me with his eyes, as though staring at me normally. I was taken aback and unable to react quickly enough. But all I could do was to open my lips, which was a little hung, and ask him what was up with all of this commotion.
I happened to get a glimpse of that head maid, who was looking at me with the same attitude I was wearing. She was surprised and unable to move from where she was standing. She maintained her standing position while shifting her gaze back and forth between Ryan and myself.
