CHAPTER 19 DIZZY AND HOMESICK When they reached the dining hall, the lights were off, and shades had been pulled down over the windows. A large screen TV played a video of a man talking in front of a dark wood bookcase. “Where were you?” Rory hissed. “Sorry,” Shea said. “Needed a little fresh air.” She handed both of them bottles of water. “Don’t wander off. And pay attention to the video. This is important.” They found seats in the back. Shea propped her left leg on a second chair, wishing she had an ice pack now.
