TOMMY
Having Bella’s hand in mine was like walking in paradise, a place I’d never known existed. Just touching her skin, and knowing she was mine, settled my wolf to a level I didn’t know he could be happy. My wolf was no longer scratching at me to run, to fight, to be on the constant move.
He was still there, inside my chest, but with my mate’s hand in mine, as I pulled her toward our house so I could finally make love to her, my wolf was calm. We would finally have the mate we’d waited for.
