Chapter 27

The cook started clearing out the dishes from the dining table but as she was about walking out of the dining room. Adonis walked into the dining room. "Good evening Alpha." She greeted him immediately, she saw him walking into the dining room.

"Good evening, can I still get my lunch?" Adonis asked.

"Yes, I will arrange it immediately, please sit." The cook said, pointing to the chair in which he usually sits.

"Alright, please hurry up with it." He ordered.

"I will Alpha." She replied, and started walking out. While Adonis walked towards his usual seat and had his seat.

The cook went into the kitchen and dropped the dishes in the sink before dishes out some portions into a food truck and put it in the microwave. She waited there until the food was finally warmed up before turning off the microwave and taking it out. She grabbed a breakable plate and cutleries before walking out of the kitchen. She went into the dining room and dropped the food in front of Adonis. She dished it out of the food trucks into the breakable plate and dropped the cutleries very close by. Adonis sighed and took up the cutleries and started eating the food. She rushed back into the kitchen and came back with a bottle of water and a glass which she also dropped beside him.

"I will be right back, Alpha, I need to go and make dinner." The cook said, after watching him eat for a while.

"Alright, but remember don't bother to come and call me for dinner tonight because I can't eat anything again tonight." Adonis told her.

"Ok Alpha, I won't." She replied.

"Alright then, you can go." Adonis said, and she just bowed and walked away.

The cook entered the kitchen and went straight to the kitchen cabinets. She opened the little door in the kitchen cabinets and started taking out the things she would need before proceeding to the refrigerator to also take out some ingredients she would need to make the dinner also started cooking immediately after she noticed everything was ready.

Meanwhile Adonis was done eating. He just stood up from his chair and opened the door leading to the kitchen through the dining room. He informed the cook that he was done with the food and was now leaving the dining room. The cook nodded and thanked him before he finally went away. Adonis made his way back to his room first because he needed to have a shower. He has been working in the files at his table back in his office all day and didn't bother to think of anything else. He didn't want to go and have his lunch while Aurora was having her dinner, so that was why he rushed straight to the dining room from his office. He wanted to make sure he had his lunch before anything else besides it was already evening and he wouldn't just call the food he had a few minutes ago lunch again but dinner. He sighed and went into his room.

Immediately he got into his room, he quickly shut the door behind him and started taking off his clothes slowly. He needs to have his bath before returning to his office. Honestly he has been enjoying the work that he was doing since that morning because it has really helped him to put his mood in check since Tania has done well, making him so angry that morning. So he was happy that the ideas of the work in his office came into his mind. He will make sure he continues with the work for the rest of that day to ensure his mood doesn't go bad again or he thinks of all that was happening around him. He walked into his bathroom and was about to dump the clothes into the laundry basket when he saw it empty. Just then he remembered he had told a maid to go and take out the clothes while he was going to the office in the morning. It was good that the maid had listened and had done away with the dirty clothes but he would still have to give the maids a good warning about his clothes in the laundry basket. As the maid of his house he expects them to make sure all his laundry he's taken out and washed and not leave them in the laundry basket for ages before doing justice to them. So he was going to meet the head of the maids which was the cook and ask her to just assign one maid that would do just that.

He dropped the clothes into the laundry basket and started mixing warm soapy water into the bathtub. After a while he was done and he stepped into the bathtub and relaxed back into the water. He stayed in there for about thirty minutes before getting out, because he actually enjoyed how the water was making him feel relaxed in it. He got out and opened the locks on the bathtub to allow the soapy water to flow out before washing it again with clean cold water. After a while he put back the locks on the bathtub and grabbed a towel before walking out of the bathroom. He dried his body with the towel at the entrance of his room and dropped it on the dressing chair before proceeding to his closet. He flipped open the closet and picked out some clothes which he quickly wore before returning his towel back to the bathroom.

He went back into his room and decided to sit on his bed for a while. He wanted to just be there for a while before finally going to the office to continue his work. But while he was sitting there his mind drifted off to Aurora and the problem they were both having. He was so frustrated and tired of the cold treatment she was giving him and wanted to totally put an end to it once and for all. He just really needs to do that but how? He doesn't know. He has bought gifts and has also done everything he could think of but to no avail. He even tried asking for Tania advice but she is just too stubborn and cruel to Aurora. He doesn't even know why Tania hates Aurora so much but for sure he knows that Aurora has always been a calm person and she didn't do anything to ever offend Tania. But Tania just doesn't like her, so it was really hopeless of him to expect advice from her.

Why would he even think of asking an enemy to Aurora for advice on how to please her. He was actually at fault and he shouldn't blame Tania for behaving the way she did, he was actually the one that made the mistake and he also needs to correct it. Well he needs to apologise to Tania for behaving the way he did towards her earlier but he would do that tonight because it was already late. But he will still make sure he gives her a strict warning never to talk poorly at Aurora ever again and she should also learn to respect Aurora since she was his mate and also Luna. With the mention of Luna an idea popped into his head. He remembered that he hadn't done anything that showed his people that Aurora was his Luna and for sure they would only see her as the Alpha woman and not his Luna. Which will make them not give her the respect she was dew for. Since she was his mate and also his Luna. That was actually a mistake he was making and he really needs to fix that mistake as soon as possible. And also that might even make her happy and she might likely forgive him too, he thought.

"I think I will need to throw a party here and announce to all my people that she is my luna,so she would be given the respect of a Luna." He said, out loud. And sighed.

That was the right thing for him to do now and he was going to make sure he did it once and for all, he won't let anyone ever disrespect Aurora ever again. He will make sure Tania puts her hate for Aurora aside and help him plan the party. And also he will like the party to be totally hidden from Aurora. He will like it to be a surprise party for her and also she will have to openly apologize to her and end all the cold attitude once and for all. He hopes that his new plan would actually work out this time around and not fall again like it always does. He loves his mate and he wants them to be totally together now, and he was so ready to do anything to achieve that goal now.
