Chapter 2

Tania Black walked into her room with her face fuming of anger. She walked around her room with different thoughts roaming in her head. Who is she? How would a girl from Adam be Adonis' mate for goddamn sake.

She loves him even though he doesn't feel the same for her. She wishes the goddess made her his mate. If she doesn't get him, nobody will have him. She smiled in succession as her thoughts cleared off, an idea popped into her head. If Aurora or whatever is his mate, Adonis would never love her because he doesn't believe that love exists.

She pulls off her dress and walks into the bathroom. She walked out after having a long shower, a towel wrapped around her waist and chest. She dried her body with the towel and cleaned her hair. She walks to the huge wardrobe, pulls it open and brings out a blur of skimpy night pyjamas. She put it on and smiled as she left the chest button untouched, exposing some part of her firm breast.

Her plan is to seduce the Alpha and have s*x with him like she always do whenever he is not in his right state of mind. I mean angry or in pain. She wants to be pregnant for him so that she would use that pregnancy to get close to him, he wouldn't want to give all his attention to Aurora. She would make sure she succeeded with her plan. She adjusted her clothes properly and skipped out of the room like a b***h she is.

She walks in the hallway leading to Alpha Adonis private suite but stops midway as sweet chocolate scent hits her nose. Her wolf growls out softly in excitement as she inhales the scent. She ignored the scent and tried to walk away but decided to follow the scent as her wolf wouldn't stop pestering her.

She sniffed the scent and followed it. After a few minutes of tracing the scent, she walks into a large hall which seems empty without noticing or sensing any person in the hall. She turns back in an attempt to walk out of the hall but stops as a hand holds her hand from behind.

"Don't leave, my mate I'm here." A mascular voice said from behind sniffing her body.

She removed his hand from her hand and pushed him away roughly, turning to give him a glint of her red angry face.

"What is wrong? Why are you acting this way? Don't you know that we are mates or are you pretending?" He asked, his voice laced with hurt. He is Jake Benjamin, one of the beta of the rogue wolf Alpha Adonis.

"I know you are my mate and I'm not pretending" she said with a non smiling face.

"But why are you acting this way?"Jake asked and she scoffed.

"Maybe I don't need you due to the fact that I am already in love,"she said, matter of factly.

"With whom?" Jake found himself asking. He took her hand again but she jerked him off immediately, not forgetting to show him how irritated she was.

"Whoever I love or I am in love with doesn't have anything to do with you." She replied with a stern look hovering all over her face.

"Is it the Alpha?" He asked and her gaze twitched immediately, "C'mon I know your little secret, he can never love you back, he has a mate already." He said under gritted teeths, her attitude alone was enough to make him run wild but not the Alpha, not him.

A slap kissed his face the minute the words left his mouth. he said the statement. Jake looks at her holding his cheek. She doesn't need to be reminded.

"You slapped me,"Jake said with a shocked expression on his face.

"Let me make this clear to you, I am already in love and I don't love you so I thereby reject you as my mate." She said without sparing him a glance and stormed out of the hall afterwards, leaving him speechless.

He watches as her figure faded into nothingness with a bead of tear dropping down his eye. It has been a long time since he has been looking for a mate, but now he finally found one but she rejected him as her mate just because of her crazy obsession with the Alpha. It is obvious she is into the Alpha due to how clingy she is with Adonis. He shook his head with a long sigh.

Tania walks through the hallway with her face pit red fuming in anger. How dare Jake talk to her like that. The Alpha can't love her back because he already has a mate?

Her thoughts cleared off and a smile appeared on her lips as she got to the private suite of Alpha Adonis which was at the end side of the hallway. She smiles cheaply thinking of her plan to be successful so that he won't have time for Aurora or whatever.

Can she stand a chance? She thought.

Yes I stand a chance and with full determination. With that she walks into his suite after knocking at the door. She scoffed as the smell of cigarettes hit her nostrils.

She looked up and smirked darkly as she saw Adonis at the window beside the large bed smoking, not even minding her presence.

"Why are you here?"Adonis asks in his usual cold voice, breaking the long lasting minute of silence.

"I'm here for you Alpha." She said with a seductive tone and walked to him smiling naughtily at herself.

He scoffs and ignores her, and continues smoking knowing fully well what she wants. "Why are you here?" He asked again, this time his voice sounded more cold which made her heart skip with fear engulfing her senses but she won't let his coldness ruin her plan.

"I'm here for you Alpha'' she says this time running her hand on his muscular built bare chest. He is shirtless. She smiles looking at him seductively as she pulls off her night pyjamas revealing her pointed breast and her wet sloppy p***y.

A smile hit his lips as she placed soft kisses everywhere. He grabbed her waist and she smiled lustfully thinking her plans were succeeding.

A loud moan escaped her lips as he held her ass squeezing it softly making her really wet and all of a sudden he pushed her off.

"Get out of my room"he said in his almighty Alpha tone.

She jerked backwards, her hands finding her nighties, she grabbed them and wore them immediately and skimped out of his private suite, she wouldn't dare oppose his Alpha tone.

He scoffs at her faded figure and walks out of his suite. He wasn't hard or attracted to her, he was only tolerating her cause of his s****l urges but she just killed her chances. She had succeeded in making his b***r hard as rock but he purposely discarded her just to make her sad and angry.

After some days.

Aurora could be seen in her room with her face pale and cold. She has been crying for the past few days. Even though she was the mate of a highly recognized person, she was reduced to nothing in the palace.

Adonis reduce her to just a maid in his mansion, but always come around at night to have her to fulfill his s****l needs.

Aurora on the other hand loves having Adonis close and tries to satisfy him just to please him, but the fact that he wouldn't even spend up to a minute in acknowledging her afterwards breaks her.

She would cry her eyes out every night and wish she could run away from him but she wouldn't not dare to try, not after knowing how powerful and vicious he is. She just hopes he doesn't come tonight.

She turned off the lamp on the wooden table, walked to the bed and slumped hard on it, letting her bones relax. She closed her eyes about taking a nap when a harsh knock landed on her door. Her heart skipped knowing It was no other person than Adonis himself, the beast at the door.

She crawled down from the bed and walked towards the door already shivering in fear. She pushes the knob of the door open and as envisioned, Alpha Adonis walks into the room dressed in a red wine tuxedo suit and black jeans with a stern look on his face. He smirked darkly looking at how scared his sudden appearance had made her.

"Why are you here?" She asked fearfully as she summoned up courage.

"I'm here for you my mate";he said, taking slow steps towards her whilst she moved backward. She stopped as her legs met with the wooden edge of the bed preventing her from moving further.

He held her out her chin and pulled her close, his lips colliding into her already patted lips. At first she wanted to take her lips away from his but she couldn't resist the sweet strawberry taste so she succumbed to it and kissed back.

He broke the kiss and pushed her slightly on the bed. Her back hit the bed as he climbed on top of her, his hands ripped off her cloth leaving her stark naked. He pulls off the belt of his trouser and his joystick dangled out, without wasting time he inserts it into her wet p***y, penetrating into her with a loud moan escaping their lips.

After some minutes of making out, Adonis stood up from her and put on his clothes. He walked out of the room coldly without mentioning a word to her. He did it again.

She broke down in tears crying profusely.

Unknown to them as they were making out, Tania was coming out of a room but stopped midway in front of the room as she heard the loud moan in the room. At first she wanted to walk away ignoring the moans but stopped as she heard Aurora loud screams with Adonis moaning in the room.

It didn't take up to a minute the door pulled open and Adonis walked out of the room. She bowed slightly at him in the form of respect as their eyes met.

"Meet me at my office. I have something to tell you." Hee said coldly and walked away. She nods her head slowly holding the tears threatening to drop from her eyes. She couldn't hold it anymore so she ran to her room and broke into hot tears. After feeling satisfied with herself, she wipes her face and humble herself with the determination of dealing with Aurora.

Afterall she was the reason why Adonis refused to touch her ever since he sent her out of his room. Her eyes welled up again and it angered her, she wasn't going to continue crying. Crying would solve nothing. She needs to act fast else Aurora will have him wrap under her fingers and that is what she will never agree to.

No matter what she is never gonna give up on him. She stood up from the chair and walked out of the room. She passes and walks through different hallways just to get to the Alpha Adonis office. She stood in front of the door and knocked at it twice waiting for a reply.

"Come in." His hoarse voice said, she opened the door and walked into his office. His office was designed with golden interior fur design, his table was made up of sparkling transparent glass. His face was on the documents on his table, he looked up as he was done signing them.

"Good day Alpha." She greeted with a bow and he nodded his head in accordance.

"You must be surprised that I called you,"he said, staring at her but she looked down in shame, fixing her gaze on the floor.

"Yes, Alpha," she mumbled a reply.

"Well, I called you concerning my mate Aurora." He said, sounding somehow possessive. She looks at him with a glint of jealousy on her face. He has never sounded this way for anyone, especially her herself.

"What should I do, Alpha?" She asked, fighting the nauseating feeling on her chest. It was evident that she was jealous, Adonis would be a blind man not to see that.

"I want you to be in charge of her, it's now your duty to make Aurora feel comfortable, learn her duties and fit in, I mean make her feel comfortable." He ordered, making sure to emphasize on the last word.

Tania shook her head in disagreement even though she knows what will happen to her if she violates the Alpha's law.

"Alpha, I don't think I can do it," she said. She just can't stoop so low staying with that innocent b***h.

"I don't want to know the reason why you disagree, I need not remind you that my words are final!" He snarled at her face, banging his fist on the transparent glass table and it made a cracking sound.

Tania was so mad, Aurora is the reason why he's acting angrily towards her. She would make sure to deal with her.

"Okay, Alpha.'' She said and he nodded his head with a soft smile, a little gasp escaping from her lips as she watched him smile. What! It has been a long time since he smiled ever since his parents died. It must be because of Aurora that he was smiling. That b***h!!

She bowed her head slightly before stomping out of the office. She smiled as an idea crawled into her head. She would use this opportunity to make Aurora's life miserable, she will make sure she experiences hell. She smiled evilly at herself and cat-walked out.
