The cook nodded and Adonis left the dining room. He went back to Tania's room again, but stayed at the door confused whether to knock or not. He actually doesn't know if she was dressed and he doesn't want to go into her room when she is still dressing. The last time he was there, she was just on a towel, and he guessed she just finished having her bath. But he spent some time in the dining room and that should be enough time for her to get dressed. Because even when he was coming over to her room, he tried his best to be slow enough so he wouldn't get to her room door on time. And now that he was there, he has also stood for a couple of minutes without knocking on her door. He sighed heavily and decided to finally knock on her door. He raised his hand and was about to knock but the door cracked open reviewing Tania. "Oh, you are here already, I thought you have actually forgotten about me." Tania said, "No, I didn't, I was just about knocking at your door." Adonis told her, and slowly put his hands down. "Yes, I can totally see that, but anyways, I'm here now,so let's go." Tania said, with a wild smile. "Alright then, ladies first." He stretched out his hand, signing her to lead the way. And Tania didn't with a smile as they both started walking over to the dining room. They both walked into the dining room together. But by then the cook has already warmed up the food and has already set the table awaiting them. They both pulled out chairs for themselves and had their seats. The cook quickly walked over there and started dishing out the food onto their plate. The cook started with Adonis plate before proceeding to Tania plate, and moved away from there to allow them to eat their food in peace. The cook was actually watching them while they ate, and saw how Tania kept glancing at Adonis as they ate, and trying to start up a conversation with Adonis. The cook could tell that Tania was of no good, she wished she could just settle the argument Adonis and Aurora was having and bring them both back together. But that isn't easy and she just can't interfere in their affairs. She was just a cook in the house and she doesn't have the right to even think of asking what really happened between Adonis and Aurora. She felt annoyed with the way Tania was just all over Adonis but there was nothing she could do about it. She sighed and stood up on her feet as she walked out of the dining room. She was starting to get irritated with how Tania was just all over Adonis, and she just couldn't stand it anymore. It would be best if she leaves them in the dining room alone so Tania can do all she wants to do. Because if she stays with them in the dining room for five more minutes, she might just go and pour some water on Tania and act like it was a mistake. But if she does that Adonis might not be in support of her, and he might even end up firing her right away. So it was best if she doesn't think of doing anything that will k****e Adonis' wrath against her. She remained in the kitchen just standing there without doing anything. She had already had her dinner a few hours ago, so she had nothing to do in the kitchen. She walked round the kitchen as she wished she could just go and separate Tania from Adonis. She hoped that the fact they ate together that evening will be the last time they will both do that ever again. She continued walking around the kitchen for a while before she stopped. And walked back to the dining room, she was grateful when she saw Adonis was already done with his food and he was now standing on his feet. "I'm off to bed Tania, see you in the morning." She heard Adonis say, and Tania just nodded as he walked out of the dining room. The cook smiled satisfied as she returned back to her usual waiting chair, which was closer to the entrance of the kitchen. Tania also ate her food and left the dining room. The cook quickly went to the table and started clearing out the dishes immediately she noticed Tania had also left the dining room. She took the dishes to the kitchen and washed them all off before walking out. But she was just halfway away from the kitchen when she remembered Aurora had asked her to bring her some cookies in her room that evening. She sighed and turned around to go back to the kitchen but she stopped. "I'm sure she will be asleep by then,so there is no need for me to go back to the kitchen." She said, out loud. And continued her walk to her room. She would just have to apologise to Aurora in the morning while she goes and gets her for breakfast. And also explained to her why she actually forgot about it. She knows for sure that Aurora would understand because she was a cruel and bossy person. So she doesn't need to worry too much about it, she thought as she walked over to her room. Meanwhile Aurora was still very much awake, and she was still expecting the cookies and fruit juice that the cook was going to bring, but unknown to her that the cook had gone to bed. The cook actually brought some cookies to her earlier today and she has really enjoyed it. And she just couldn't wait to also have the one that he was bringing again for that night. Aurora continued reading her book for a while but stopped and glanced at the wall clock in her room and sighed. "What is taking her so long, it's already so late." Aurora said, and dropped the book on the bed, as she climbed down from the bed. Aurora walked out of her room because she was already getting so impatient while waiting for the cook. And she wasn't finding it funny anymore. She made her way to the kitchen and gasped when she found it empty. She frowned seeing that the cook had already left the kitchen without bringing her cookies. "Why would she behave this way?" She asked no one in particular as she frowned. She had been waiting for the cookies eagerly to devour them, but now she wasn't going to see anything again to devour. She felt really sad, like her heart had been shattered into pieces. She sighed heavily and walked into the kitchen fully. She went straight to the refrigerator and took up a fruit juice and glass before walking back to her room. She was definitely going to ask the cook in the morning why she decided not to bring her cookies. But for sure she knew she might have forgotten why waiting for Adonis to come and have his dinner. But she would just ask her to be sure her suspicions were right. She couldn't help but wonder what was always keeping Adonis away from the dining room. She was happy that she didn't get to see him again in the dining room, but still she knew that the cook was the one suffering for everything. She knows for sure that the cook left the dining room pretty late because Adonis didn't come to have his dinner on time. And the cook will never agree to leave the dining room without giving him dinner. So the cook was always the one paying for their crimes. She would always be stressed out by the time she has finally served Adonis after waiting for him for hours. "Maybe it would be a good idea, if I talk to Alpha on her behalf." She thought, as she walked over to her room. But she can only imagine doing that. She really enjoyed staying away from him. Because whenever she sees him all she sees is a monster and nothing more. She sighed and walked into her room with the glass and fruit juice in her hand. She shut back her door and walked over to her bed. She dropped the fruit juice on the nightstand drawer and opened it, as she poured out some content into the glass. She zipped it down her throat and covered the other. Before turning on her bedside lamp. She proceeded over to the wall and switched off the lights before returning back to her bedside. She opened the fruit juice again and poured out more into the glass and locked it back, before taking up the glass and zipping it down his throat. She sighed and climbed into her bed. She wanted to continue with the book she was reading but stopped and dropped the book.
