Adonis sighed and took his mind off the thought of Tania's good nature. Actually he knows for sure that Tania wouldn't want to help him out if he had told her that he was throwing the party in respect of Aurora and to also announce her officially as his Luna then Tania wouldn't want to have anything to do with it. Because she doesn't really like Aurora for even a second. And he almost killed her the previous day all because of Aurora,so that wasn't an easy thing for her. But nevertheless he tried as much as possible not to mention anything about Aurora as long as they would both be working together for the preparation of the party. Tania has said they would be going out that evening to start all the necessary arrangements, and honestly he just can't wait to start it up immediately. He really wants to see how Aurora would react to the party. But even if she doesn't like it, he would definitely look for another way to get her back to himself. But deep down within him, he hopes to see a good reaction from her and not the usual hurtful one that she always gives to him after all his efforts to make her happy.

He can't really bear a hurting moment with her. That's why he was actually avoiding eating on the same table with her for now. He just wanted to make her happy firstly and then they could start eating together again with smiles on their faces and not the usual cold attitude she was giving him. After his mate's death, he totally shut off his heart from loving anyone, because he didn't really expect to have another mate. And he was also sure that different ladies would start throwing themselves cheaply at him, since he was the strongest Alpha and fearless too. And he knows for sure how ladies go for men like him. But he wasn't ready to go into another love life because losing his mate and the only woman he loves broke him so very much and he doesn't want to undergo such a heartbreak again. So that was why he chose not to love again. But Immediately he met Aurora and discovered she was his mate. He just took her in with him and didn't think that he was actually going to love her for a moment. He just wanted to just have her to satisfy his s****l urge but with time that his thoughts changed. And he ended up falling in love with her again, just as he had loved his first mate.

And now she was angry at him because he had done something that really offended her. And she was now giving him a cold attitude that was slowly killing him. Honestly he really can't stand the cold attitude anymore because he was now in love with her. And he is also getting used to her smiling face. He has to get back her old self because he needs her more now than ever. And he has also opened his locked heart for her and now she was hurting him slowly unknown to her. But he has to get her forgiveness as soon as possible. So he could start to find the happiness that he had lost when he first lost his mate. He sighed and shook off his thoughts, he was trying to think about Aurora and he needed to do something else and get rid of his thoughts about her. He is now sure he loves her and he wants her to be his official Luna that would be greatly respected by his people too.

He relaxed back on the chair he was sitting on and took up a file from the table and opened it to check where he had stopped working on it. He sighed and resumed working again on the files. He continued working for hours until it was finally noon.

Meanwhile Aurora was really happy since she wasn't still in the dining room at noon when she went to have her lunch she wished it would always be that way for her. She couldn't really stand seeing him again and she was really enjoying the fact that he was avoiding her and didn't come over to the dining room again for any other meals. She had been the only one eating alone and that has been what she had been wanting all these while and now it was finally coming through. After lunch she demanded for her cookies to be brought to her in her room before she left the dining room. She went back into her room and relaxed back on the couch in her room as she waited patiently for the cook to come in with her cookies.

The cook actually brought the cookies to her after about a few minutes of Aurora waiting and left Aurora's room immediately after dropping it for her alongside a fruit juice which Aurora also asked for. Aurora dropped the book in her hand on the table in front of her immediately the cook left. And took up the fruit juice. She opened it and poured out some content into the glass the cook had brought before picking up a cookie into her hand. And took the book into her other hand. She started eating the cookies while also really the book in her hand. She continued eating and drinking the fruit juice as she read her book.

It was already almost evening and Adonis still hadn't eaten lunch. He thought of going over to Tania's room but kicked it off. He doesn't want to be a disturbance to her,all because she has offered to help her,so he decided not to go. Just then his stomach clummed, reminding him he hasn't had lunch and he frowned immediately. He stood up from the chair he was sitting and arranged back the files as he started walking out of his room. Immediately he got out of his room, he met Tania also coming out of hers.

"Hey Tania, where are you headed?" Adonis asked, with a smile plastered on his face.

"Well, I'm actually hungry, I have really had lunch, so I'm going over to the kitchen to get myself something to eat." Tania told him.

"Oh, I was equally heading to the dining room to also have lunch too, I guess we should both just sit together in the dining room and have lunch together then." Adonis said,

"Oh Ok then." Tania replied.

"Yes, let's go." Adonis said, and she just smiled as they both walked side by side to the dining room.

They both walked into the dining room and met the cook sitting down. The cook stood up immediately she saw them walk in and quickly walked over to the table to check how hot the food was. While Tania and Adonis went to have their seats. "Please I'm sorry Alpha and miss Tania, I need to quickly warm this up, I didn't know you were both coming now." The cook apologized.

"It's ok, just hurry up with that and don't keep us waiting." Adonis said, and the cook bowed and went into the kitchen in a hurry.

The cook quickly dished more food into the big bowl that she was sure would be enough for the both of them, because she just realized that they would be eating together. She put it into the microwave and turned it on to warm it up. She stood there and waited for the food to be warmed before turning off the microwave. She quickly took out the food and left the kitchen immediately with the food in her hand. She got to the table and dropped it there before taking up the spoon there and started dishing out the food for the both of them. Tania and Adonis both grabbed their cutleries and started eating.

While they were eating Tania glanced at Adonis occasionally and smiled. She couldn't believe she was actually sitting together with him in the dining room and they were both eating together. She wished it would also be that way everyday because she really enjoyed it. And also the food tasted differently delicious while sitting down with him and staring at his face while she eats. She couldn't help but smile, even though Adonis wasn't even sparing her a single glance as he was so focused on his food. She enjoyed just staring at him. "So this is what it feels like to eat at the same table with him?" She thought and smiled again as she continued eating. She wasn't even eating much because she was just so focused on staring at him and not even bothering to eat. The view in front of her was more likeable to her than the food. But as her eyes were still fixed on Adonis he raised his glance and their eyes met. Tania quickly looked away shyly.
