Zane: I'm doing okay. How are you holding up?
Caleb: It's tough, but I'm managing. Losing Turner was hard, especially because I never got to tell her how I felt.
Zane: I know. It's been really tough for me too, but I can't imagine how it must feel for you.
Caleb: Yeah, it's been rough. But I'm trying to stay strong for the pack. Turner would have wanted that.
Zane: You're doing a great job, Caleb. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you to keep being an alpha after losing your mate.
Caleb: It's definitely not easy. But I'm doing my best to honor Turner's memory and lead the pack in the way she would have wanted.
Zane: I know she would be proud of you, Caleb. And I'm here for you if you ever need anything.
