Eleanor’s POV Screaming. Blood gushing. Pain. Silver flashing. My parents. The hooded figure. I woke up, panting. My eyes dropped horribly, though. I felt like I couldn’t fully open them, and when I finally did, everything was blurry. My body hurt everywhere. I heard talking in the distance and saw shadows in front of me; however, I couldn’t tell who it was. More stinging cursed through me, and I surrendered to the blackness once more, unable to handle the pain. I looked up. I was dreaming. I saw my parents talking, happy.
