Callan POV My mind was in turmoil. Haunted by a fúcking scent and a name that had no meaning to me. That name was branded onto my brain, repeating over and over until I wanted to scream just to hear something different, and that scent was burnt into my nostrils. God, it made me feel like a man starved of water for a thousand years and the source of that scent was the elixir of life.
