My thundering footsteps sent all creatures, great and small, to their hiding places. Pups cowered in fear at the roar of my voice, almost seeking refuge in the high walls as I walked past them, proceeding into my office.
I couldn't keep calm, anxiety got the best of me as many thoughts flooded my mind. My last response triggered his anger and I couldn't help but think of what would be in the letter.
