[Delianna’s POV]
What Mom said made my whole world stopped and I was unable to move as my mind was busy processing the realization.
“Chain is here?... in Paris?” I stared at my Mom’s panicking face.
“He’s here, Delianna. In this exact hotel where we are. I bumped into him earlier.”
“It’s that why you want to talk to me?”
“Yes! Cause I thought he would leave soon but I didn’t expect that he would check-in.”
Every veins, arteries and valves in my body was throbbing so fast like I’m in a marathon. I don’t know what to do, I was mental-blocked. I found myself packing my things.
“Xyn, checked us out as I packed up our things for leaving.” My hands were shaking as I put all my son’s clothes and mine inside the suitcase.
