Zayden's POV
I had always wanted to get Adah's attention, but I never knew how to ask for it. The fact that she hated me and my brothers made it even more complicated. Every time I saw her talking to Hayden or Jayden, or even looking at them with something other than pure hatred, I felt this burning jealousy in my chest.
So I deliberately spread those rumors about us being involved in Angela's downfall. I told a few people that we'd all worked together to get revenge on Angela, making it sound like some coordinated plot.
I knew it was probably psychopathic behavior, but I couldn't stop thinking about her. I couldn't handle the fact that she seemed to have more chemistry with my brothers than with me. The jealousy was eating me alive.
