Tahquamenon Park
*Arielle* We have been walking for two hours since we left the station. Thankfully, Autumn has begun to grace us with its presence, and the morning air was crisp and provided us with an easier walk than the one I did about two weeks ago when I first started this mission. We still have a long way to go with finding Dave and then with finding the others like me, but today… today, it feels like I have hit some milestone I wasn’t aware of. Without any true proof, I know that we are on the right path. Something truly life-changing is going to happen in the near future. We will find Dave. I will find the others. We will survive together. Fight together. Win together. I am so lost in thought that I didn’t notice Maddie slow her pace to walk next to me.
