Episode 3: "A Friendship Challenged"
As Olugaho and Mulweli walked into their math class, they noticed a boy, Dakalo, staring at them with a mix of curiosity and concern. Dakalo had been Olugaho's close friend since childhood, and they had always sat together during math and science periods.
But things had changed since Mulweli and Olugaho became inseparable. Dakalo felt like he was losing his best friend, and he couldn't help but wonder if Mulweli was the reason behind Olugaho's sudden distance.
One day, as Mulweli was walking down the hallway, Dakalo approached her, looking determined. "Hey, Mulweli, can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked, his voice firm but polite.
Mulweli nodded, curious about what Dakalo wanted to discuss. "What's up, Dakalo?" she asked.
Dakalo took a deep breath before speaking. "Olugaho was my best friend, Mulweli. We've been friends since we were kids. But since you two became friends, she's been distant. It feels like you're taking her away from me."
Mulweli's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't realized that Dakalo felt this way. "Dakalo, I'm not trying to take Olugaho away from you," she said gently. "We're just friends, and I value our friendship."
Dakalo looked uncertain, but Mulweli could see the concern in his eyes. "I just want to make sure Olugaho is happy," he said. "She's always been there for me, and I want to return that kindness."
Mulweli smiled, feeling a sense of understanding. "I want Olugaho to be happy too, Dakalo. Maybe we can find a way to include you in our group? That way, Olugaho can spend time with both of us."
Dakalo's face lit up with a smile. "Really? You'd do that for me?"
Mulweli nodded. "Of course, Dakalo. Let's talk to Olugaho about it."
As they walked away, Mulweli couldn't help but wonder how Olugaho would react to this new development. Would she be happy to include Dakalo in their group, or would she feel like Mulweli was trying to change their friendship?
Olugaho and Mulweli's friendship was the envy of the entire school. Students admired their unbreakable bond, with many mistaking them for sisters. Their friendship was built on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and mutual support.
Together, they made a promise to stand by each other, no matter what challenges lay ahead. And as they navigated the ups and downs of school life, their friendship only grew stronger.
One day, as fate would have it, Dakalo and Olugaho crossed paths once again. But this time, Mulweli was by Olugaho's side, and Dakalo couldn't help but notice the special bond between the two girls.
