"Bye, Nicole!" Savanna waved goodbye to me, and I responded with a nod and a small smile as I walked towards the bus stop.
"Hey, any problem?" I felt Savanna's fingers wrap around my wrist and gently turned me to face her.
"Nothing. I'm just tired," I told her, forcing myself to send her a genuine smile.
"Are you sure?" she asked, raising a brow at me suspiciously.
"Yeah. Bye!" I beamed, and she nodded as I turned around again and walked away.
