Nathan whipped out his phone and made a call. A few minutes later, five guys in black suits showed up, forcing the reporter and the crowd to leave.
I seized the moment to slip away while Nathan was busy chatting with Trish, telling her to leave or his men would drag her out.
As I headed to the elevator, my phone kept ringing. I didn't need to check who it was; it was either Dad or Kendra, probably having figured out Nathan's true identity.
