‘What do you intend to do after the holidays are over?’ I asked Lyra as we were in the kitchen making breakfast on the morning of boxing day.
‘I think I will just stay back in Logsville for now,’ Lyra said.
‘Would it not be boring? What will you be doing?’ I asked.
‘Actually, I have been making plans. Old Max told Mum that he needed a manager for the hotel wing of the Resort. I might just take up the offer,’ Lyra said shrugging.
‘You like the urban life. How are you going to cope with staying here for months? I asked.
‘I might like urban life, Angel, but remember that I grew up here. I won't deny that I will miss the hustle and bustle that comes with the city but then Logsville isn't that bad. I will be fine,' Lyra explained.
