Chapter 36 Robin I bit my lip as Mark helped my dad through customs, overwhelmed by emotion. Mark was giving him the perfect amount of assistance, but the stark contrast between his steadiness highlighted how frail my dad had become since I’d last seen him. He’d always been a rock, but the sling on his arm made him more off balance than usual, and the limp aged him at least a decade.
