To our mutual relief, the next time Robin attempted the song the outcome was a roaring success. The young cashier behind the counter didn't see a codebook, but he had been overjoyed to see a first edition Marvel comic on the counter.

His excitement was immediately replaced by confusion. The moment her song finished, he picked up the bible, turning it over repeatedly in disbelief.
