6. First day enough drama

Next day I was up early as it is my first day in college. I freshened up and went for a walk in near by premises. When I was back Maddy was up.She told me to hurry up as she got special class in thirty minutes.I wore a jean tank top and a cardigan. also kept my hair open. No makeups only lip balm. I was all ready. We hurriedly had breakfast and Maddy has a camaro, so I just hop in .And she played loud music .within ten minutes we were at college. She told me sorry that she could not accompany me as she has class.She told me the direction to Dean's office though. I was on my way,but I was confused.Then somebody patted from my back, and it was Paul.

"Hey are you new here ??...Do you need help..." He asked me kindly.

"oh yess...I lost my way towards Dean's room. Can you please..."

"Sure come...by the way I am Paul Alexander, you were the girl with Maddison yesterday right..."

"Yes that was me...I am Ria Roverio..."

He lead me to the office.And we chat for a bit through out the journey. We have some common classes.So he told me see you and I went into the office and complete the joining procedures. It was time for my first class.As I was searching for the class room number 28,I met Drake again.He was with his friends at the corridor. One of his friends Alex who I met yesterday came to me.

"Hey Ria,good to see you...you look beautiful..." I felt awkward ,and I said thanks. then I told him to help me find the room.He and his friends were also have the same class. They showed me the class and I entered first. I searched for a positive face to sit near and found a girl. But before I can move Paul came from no where and said hi to me.

But his gaze shifted to the shadow in my back,I turned around and saw Drake.

"Ria go and have a seat..." I heard his voice. And I went to the girl I said earlier. She looked like a nerd type. Then only I noticed the class was enjoying the glaring fight between Paul and Drake. But when lecturer came,they went to seats. First session was interesting. After the class,I talk with girl.

"hi I am Ria.."

"I am Tara..."

"Can you show me the college if you don't mind..." I asked her.

"do you really want that...I meat there will be plenty of guys chasing after this opportunity..." She asked with curiosity.

"Oh Tara...I often choose peace over drama...so what do you say...can you be my friend..." She smiled at me.

"yes...I don't have any friends here... They all talk to me when they wanted something help with the studies or do any project or work."

"Okay fine,from now on you have a friend.So don't waste time on them okay..."

She nodded at me. Then Paul approached me,

"Ria, if you free I can show you around here..."

I saw Drake looking towards us.

"That's so sweet Paul.But Tara offered me to do that.So thanks...okay..."

I left with Tara silently. Then she told me about the popular's and the dark gang.. "They are harmless bullies except Olivia.She is the queen bee of this college. Paul and Olivia dated for a while and later they broke up as Paul caught her cheating on him. And about the Dark g**g, Drake is very dangerous... Exact badboy type... Even when girls know it will be just one night stand,girls throw themselves on him...by his smoking hot look,it us easy for him...in dark g**g, we can say Hannah is a bit bully...I often gets bullied by Hannah or Olivia...Both are almost the same kind..."

"Oh really..I will keep that in mind..."

"So which g**g you're going to join in...I saw the glaring game between the two kings..."

"Oops...as I told you I dont need any drama in my life...so I will not join any team...I know Drake and other teammates already as Maddison is my best friend.About the Popular's I only know Paul,as I met him twice nothing more..."

"Oh really...I am heading to library...Are you coming..."

"Why not ...lets go..."

I think Tara is a very nice person, bullied because of her nerdy appearance.After spending some time with her in library we headed outside for next class but we were stopped by a blond sexy girl.

"hey nerdy, complete this project by tomorrow morning alright..." She commanded.

"But Olivia...I have work..."

"Oh you really gonna oppose me,do you want to know what will happen when you oppose me..."

She started to threaten her...oh this is the bullying queen bee.

"Nothing will happen to her.." I stood in front of Tara in a protective way...I hate bullying... And I will not tolerate somebody doing it.

"oh really...who are you miss nobody..." She laughed and her minions joined.

"Who are you miss bully, do you know what happens if she complains..."

"oh my god,don't do that please..." She fake a fear then laughed at me.

"you don't know who I am..so back off...this is between us ..."

"I know who you are...but you don't know me well Olivia... Tara is my friend,and I will not let you bully her anymore."

Then her minion whispered something to her.

"So you were the b***h who was with flirting with Paul this morning...back off...he is mine..."

Then we heard a male voice,"Oops...you can say was...Olivia."

It was Paul.

I don't need their drama so I excused myself and drag Tara along with me. I heard Paul calling my name in between their quarell .

"that was so brave...Ria...thank you so much...nobody stood up for me like this..."

"no need to thank we are friends right."

She nodded.She showed me around college. And stopped in distance where Drake and his friends were seated. They looked at my direction,Alex waved at me smilingly. and I waved back.I saw Hannah glaring at me.

Last session was with Maddison. She came and hugged me tight.

"I heard to fought with Olivia..."

"No it was just a conversation... You know I hate bullying...Maddy...I really tried to keep a low profile as mom said,but the troubles are following me."

"you're the hot topic of the college...not bad Ria...what a great entry..."

"Shut up and concentrate..."

After the class Maddy wanted to stay back to watch basket ball as Jayden was practicing.So I stayed with her. I watch them playing...Drake was leading often...and he was looking so wet with sweat that his abs were visible through the clothes... He looked at me and I withdraw my gaze.. After the game.Jayden and maddy was talking...and I headed to the car. and started reading in silence as I know it will not end soon.

Then I saw Drake heading towards his bike. I thought to say hi to him.

"Drake..." He did not turn around.

"mr.badboy..." Then he glared at me...why he is so short tempered...I mean when we met for the first time he was all cool...now just the opposite... I just smiled at his response...
