I lost count of days. I was slowly losing hope that anyone would save us. Maybe they really gave upon us. Perhaps I should give up trying to get out as well. But then I looked at Abby, whose head was resting on my lap. She wasn't asleep. She can't sleep anymore. I don't sleep except if I pass out from all the beating I get.
