16 . The Birth

Despite being a doctor I am not needed for dragon’s birth, from the start till now. The king ordered me to stay with the queen to reassure her but I wasn’t doing anything. I can help pregnant women from any kind who carrying supernatural babies because my eyes can scan their bodies like Ultrasound scans. But dragon babies make magical shell around their mother’s womb; every time I tried to scan her bump leaded me to losing my ability for 5 minutes, sharp pain in all my body and a very bad headache that’s why I stopped trying to scan her. My mother was the doctor when the previous queen was pregnant and she warned me from trying my ability on the queen but I was so stubborn and curious. We all wish the queen doesn't be shocked badly when she sees the prince. I prepared medicines in her room to quite her but I can't go until the prince is born and spread the news of his presence after answering him, then we can enter the island again.

Finally Sarah’s screaming stopped and the head of my baby appeared this mean that he completed changing her body and now she won’t feel any pain, I touched his head and welcomed him but this time by my mouth not by the mind link like before.

A : “ welcome to the world , my little prince “

He started to crawl outside her till he got out completely. I changed my nail to claw and used it cut the umbilical cord. All this time Sarah looking at the baby in horror. I took him and put him in a basin filled with the ocean water; he started to swim and dive happily while sending Ultrasound waves to the sea creatures to spread the news about his arrival to the world and warn them about his strength so they started to send him waves carrying their pledge of allegiance and loyalty. I looked to my baby feeling very proud. The congratulatory words filled my mind link from my family and kings of every kind.

I closed my mind link after minutes and carried my baby and went near Sarah who was still in her shocked state. I put the baby on the bed beside her then took her hand between mine and looked at her beautiful eyes then I took a clean cloth to remove the tears and sweat from her face. All this time she is sitting in the same position. The baby started to crawl until he positioned himself in her lap, he stretched his small fins which look like wings and neared his hand that has fingers as human near her face and called her " Mom" and after this word she got out from her unknown world and looked at him. He was smiling to her and his small fangs appearing in his mouth. His body covered with dark blue smooth scales that become thicker on his tail and baby blue on his belly and disappear on his hands and legs. His eyes  has the same silver ,gray ,blue and aqua blue four shades of colors as mine. He has legs like human and his face was normal except a short snout, his head has two small white horns and all his body is different shades of blue. He sat in her lap like human baby and touched her cheeks with his small hands and waited her to answer him "Mama" but she didn't respond. 

Adam felt her fear and horror and thanked god that their baby won't feel his mother's feeling now, after he got out of her womb because he don't want his son to know about his mother fear from the both of them.

Sarah looked at her new born baby boy then looked to her husband in fear and said:

" What are you?"
