Tyson, Jordan, Clara and several other of his men were in a rundown godown. This building was in the Skid Row Area of LA. It was never used but what people didn't know was that it was the LA headquarters of the Dragon Regiment.
Underneath the godown was a twenty story building that housed offices, dungeons, a firearm special production unit, a full armoury with any weapon one could think of and what everyone called 'the Captain's lair'. These were the two lowest floors of the building. No one, except their captain had access to them.
If anyone was taken to that lair, they knew that that person would never be found again.
The entrances and exits of this underground building were scattered all over the city.
