Alec. I stand inside Anna's kitchen; pots and pans line the countertops along with a mess of flour, eggshells, and some vegetables that have been spilled. “Fight it, fight it,” I tell myself. Since I arrived here, I have tried to control this urge, and I thought I was doing well until today, when the kids made brownies and got chocolate all over my white top.
