Riley. It's been a week since my mother slapped me, and I haven't spoken to her since I left that night when Alec came into my room. I've been staying with him ever since. To say I've been depressed is an understatement, but he's been trying to cheer me up—bless him. He even suggested we go out, but I've declined every time. The week I've spent with him has brought us closer. He hasn’t been to work and has taken the week off for Christmas. The only time he has left my side was when he went to hang out with Jackson and Mike, and today, they are coming over.
