Emily's life is back to normal and she doesn't want to be involved with that man. It was a good thing that the previous news faded from people's memory as time passed. In the blink of an eye, it has been more than three months since Emily's parents left. Today is the 100th day of their death, Emily took a few days off. Although Emily had no relatives or friends, she still wanted to hold a formal funeral for her mom and dad. Emily stayed at the mausoleum for a long time before leaving. At this time the sky was cloudy and soon it started to rain. Emily looked up at the sky and the rain fell on her cheeks, "Mom and Dad are you watching me from heaven?" The rain drenched her face so that she could not open her eyes, "Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine. Don't worry, I'll take care of myself." Emily walked out of the mausoleum in the rain. Suddenly her cell phone rang, and Emily answered it without looking at who was calling. The call was answered. "Hello." "Your parents, not died in an accident ........" A man's voice came over the phone. Emily was froze, the phone still resting on her ear, and the caller hung up after saying only this sentence. "Mom and Dad didn't die in an accident?" What the hell is going on here? What the man said on the phone just rang in Emily's ears over and over and over ....... She didn't know how long she had been standing in the rain when suddenly a car pulled up beside her "Get in." Emily stood still until she saw who was in the car, then decided to get in. When Emily got in, Stephen handed her a towel, and Emily took it before she responded, "President, what are you doing here?" "I came to see you." Stephen replied. "Oh, what can I do for you?" Emily asked in a flat tone as she wiped her hair. Stephen didn't answer her, but handed her some information about immigration. Emily took it, and when she saw that it was information about her parents' crashed plane, she immediately focused highly on it. She saw that a total of 236 tickets had been sold for that flight, but only 235 people had boarded that day. What does this mean? Was it possible that one of her parents was still alive? Was it possible? It was highly unlikely. If one of them is still alive, then who is in the grave? Then why didn't Dad or Mom come looking for themselves? At that moment, Stephen looked at Emily and said, "The Moon has been doing very well, so why is it suddenly short of money and going bankrupt so quickly." Stephen kept looking at her, watching her reaction. Emily looked at him blankly, she had never understood the company's business, and now she heard him say that it seemed quite sudden. And the phone call she had just received, what was this all about? What was the conspiracy here? "How about trying to find out the truth?" Stephen knew she was already starting to suspect this. "Yes, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with you!" Emily knew very well that it had nothing to do with this man. She would investigate the matter of her parents on her own. Stephen leaned lazily on the back of the chair, his long and slender legs folded together, his hands casually resting on his lap, his ink-black eyes flashing with a flash of light! "How are you going to look into this?" Emily was silent, she really didn't have that ability right now. She had neither contacts nor money. Now she had nothing! Emily raised her head, looked at Stephen, and was silent for a while. "Is that what the president came to talk to me about?" She didn't believe he would happen to be passing by, but as for why he was here, she didn't know! A sly smile appeared on Stephen's handsome face. "Of course not!" Emily glanced at Stephen and thought to herself that she was really stupid, how could he, a big president, come to the cemetery on a rainy day for no reason. "What does the president have to say straight!" Emily felt very cold. Stephen looked at her, her drenched hair water droplets slid down her hair on her collarbone and then down, the image was seductive! Stephen averted his eyes, his eyes dimmed, his throat rolled twice, this woman was really ..... He quickly adjusted himself, said seriously "with your current situation, want to find out these things is not easy, even if you find out what you think you can do?" Stephen was leading her step by step. Yes, it's not easy to bankrupt The Moon in a short period of time, and if there is a conspiracy, how can she fight it. The only way to really get the facts right is to become strong yourself .... "How about we make a deal?" Stephen said with a smile. Emily looked up and looked straight at him "What kind of deal?" "You need a backbone like me to get to the bottom of what happened with The Moon and your parents. You know it takes more than money to find out about this, it takes power ....." Stephen paused for a moment and then said, "I need a nominal girlfriend." Emily's eyes widened and she couldn't believe her ears, he would be short of women? "I don't like to be pestered." Stephen sensed her confusion. He was the only one who knew the truth. He had picked her because of her relationship with The Crawford, and he needed to have such a shield that whatever he did to The Crawford or The Rowlands could be seen as: angry to the core just because of a beautiful woman. That's how he can cover up the truth and what he's going to do can go better as planned. "How do you know I won't haunt you?" Emily couldn't help but mumble in her mind: so much for looking up to me! "Would you? If I will, I don't mind!" Stephen said casually. "......" Emily snorted, "I'll think about it, is that okay?" "Sure." Stephen smiled, thoughtfully. Looking at his smile, Emily thought he was too charming, the man had such a nice smile. Unfortunately, it was too short, and Emily sneezed again. Emily felt dizzy, "I feel so cold!" Stephen looked at her red face, reached out and touched her forehead and frowned "Your head is hot, you have a fever." "Oh ......" Emily just felt dizzy and wanted to sleep so badly. She felt sore and had no energy at all. Stephen took off his jacket and covered her with it. The car stopped at the pharmacy and Stephen went to buy her medicine himself. Stephen couldn't help but look at her sleeping face when he came back from buying the medicine. He had to take her home and take care of her who was sick. Stephen put her in the guest room and gave her cold medicine. After that Stephen asked the maid to change the wet clothes on her and went back to the study. He still had some work to do. Emily had been in a dizzy state. After taking the cold medicine and changing her wet clothes, she felt much more comfortable and soon she fell asleep again ......
