The plan looked good but what the green ox team did not know was that the aliens had removed all the small weapons that they normally walked around with from the front gate and replaced them with much bigger ones that even they could not carry. They mounted them on all the watch towers. This was to be a major setback in their plan because Sam was supposed to pull one of the weapons at the front gate and give it to Jack. The weight of the weapon would pose no problem for Sam because he was not and would not be touching any of them throughout the raid with his hand, his super power would take care of that but the problem would be Jack.
