Moving Day,,,,, again

Mariana pov

In the morning we go back to the school the final time.

The clerk catches us and hands me my new identification saying "Congrat's Ms. Greenwood"

Now i'm officially Marian Greenwood. It sounds good to my ears.

Principal Hawthorne approaches us

"Mr Lockwood, do you have an Elder in your pack?"  he asks

"No, we don't have an Elder yet. The King will point us an Elder when we get home"  Peter says

"So, you are going await the Luna ceremony until then? He asks

" I guess so" Peter answers

"Would you like use our Elder for that?" He asks bluntly

"Mariana, honey. What do you think?" Peter asks me

"It would be nice to go my  new home as Luna officially" I say

"It settles, let's go to the assembly hall. Elder awaits for us there already" He says

Peter calls the pack to join us.

In a minute i  can do that too to address the whole pack at the same time if needed.

We take our places at the stage

"Give me your left hand" Elder says

He slashes a cut to my palm. As my blood flows to the ceremonial bowl

"Mariana Greenwood, do you swear to love, honor and protect you Alpha Peter Lockwood and your pack what haven't been named yet?" Elder asks

"I do"  i answer

" Do swear to be fair, just and to be compassioned  toward your pack?" Elder continues

" I do" I answer

He reaches to Peter's right hand, he slashes that too. Again the blood flows to the bowl-

"Peter Lockwood. Do swear to love, honor and protect Mariana Greenwood as your Luna?" He asks

" I do" Peter says

Elder adjoins our bleeding hands. He throws a burning match to the bowl.

Silver smoke rises from the bowl.

"Moon Goddess, has accepted and blessed this union and this Luna"  Elder declares

"I present to you: Luna Mariana" Elder says

From my Luna studies i remember   that now i must greet the pack, in wolf form.

So, i shift to my wolf and let out long howl to my pack. Pack shift's and howl's back at me.

I can feel our packs strength  and truly feel the love of the pack. I feel blessed.

**** 7 hours later, in the new place****

 " Open your eyes" Peter says

He made me close my eyes 5 minutes ago so i would be surprised.

"It's perfect" I say

"But will we fit in, all of us?" I continue

"Yes, right now we will" Peter says

" You know this was my parents pack house" he continues

"So, this is your family's land" I say

"Yes, we fairly large territory" he says

" So, where's the Alpha's room?" I say with a smirk

" You are insatiable" he laughs

" Maybe, when it comes to you but now i need go unpack my stuff" I say to him and give him a quick kiss.

In the evening Peter takes me a run around the perimeter with few our newly appointed warriors. It feels funny when we all are basically warriors. But if we want to presented to the Werewolf king properly we have to have a these basic spots filled. 

**** Week later****

"Luna, someones coming" Ben tells me

( In public he calls me Luna, but when were alone or just with Peter he stills calls me Emerald)

Since Peter is doing perimeter run with few of our warriors.

So the receiving a guest falls to me.

I quickly look myself in the mirror so that I do not look like total mess. When satisfied my appearance, i walk out to the porch.

"So, you are the pack which came from Haden Hill" The stranger says

"Yes, that's right. I'm Luna Mariana of this pack. Welcome to our land.

How can i help you" I tell him with a smile

" I'm Alpha Noel, from your neighboring pack. I have come to you with a request.

Our pack has gotten lots of attacks from rogues and rest of our warriors are still almost pup's.

I'm asking  will come and help. Wolf's who have been trained in Haden Hill, are strong and capable fighters." He says

"thank you for the compliment.

Would you like to see? Some of our warriors are doing afternoon combat training. " i tell him

"i'd love to see" Alpha Noel says

As we walk to to the training grounds

"Have you found your mate?" i ask him

" Unfortunately i have not, i am still waiting for her" Alpha Noel tells me

Ben follows  behind us quietly

"I'm so sorry to hear that" I say

"Don't be, The Moon Goddess blesses me with a mate when time is right" Alpha Noel says to me

"Ah, I should have guessed that you don't have just male warriors" He says

"Everyone looks an able fighter. Do i presume right that you are a warrior too. I can see on your chest. That can only been made at silver." he continues

" You presume correctly. I am Warrior as well. This  scar came from hunters blade. Blade what was meant for our Beta."  isay

Ben step's forward

"I would not be without my Luna. She fended off 4 hunters. As she killed the last one, he stabbed the blade in to her chest." Ben explains

"I did nothing special just something what any pack member would do" I say dismissively

Alpha Noel looks bit shocked

"now how many warriors would you like to borrow" Isa y changing the subject

"Well, i think 4 might be enough to help my wolves" He says

"Deal. I'll send 4 of our best warriors by tomorrow morning"  i say offering my hand to shake on

" Now, would you like t stay for dinner" I ask him

Before dinner i explain to Peter today's event's. He agreed that we should help.

" I have an idea what our pack should be called" i say

"So, tell me. Love" Peter says

" Moon's Nomad's. I have a feeling that this just the beginning."  I said

" Moon Nomad's it is the." He says before kissing mew

"I'll send letter tomorrow to the Werewolf King, about this. He says

Then we joined Alpha Noel for dinner. 

He and Ben were the first to know our pack name. They both liked it

It seems I was right. As the time passed, our  reputation as fixers so to speak grew.

Pack's would ask our help  to help themselves. Or the King himself asked if we could go help some pack.

The King paid us usually handsomely. So. handsomely that we could decide how much we could charge from other pack's. Usually we showed leniency if the pack was small and not that wealthy but needed our help.
