George pov
I reached my office and I went straight to the meeting room. I was a little late but Henry had started talking. I explain the pros and cons of the new investment and when I sit down I see a text from Hannah. That’s weird
‘I’m taking Amber home. That guy shows up at the hospital. She is safe now don’t worry. When you finish work come quickly, she needs you’ I read the text and then I look at my father. He realizes that his plan works. I lean toward Henry
“This is all you need for the meeting. I have to go” I whisper and I stand up. I excuse myself and walk outside
“George, what happened? Everything ok?” Henry asks outside the meeting room
“No. Our father put his hand again in our lives. He sends that guy to the hospital.” I say angry and I look at my father through the glass doors in the meeting room. Henry runs his palms over his face
“Ok. Go see if she is ok and call me. I will deal with him. He has to stop messing with our lives” he says and he returns to the meeting. I run to my office to take my stuff and I go to my car. Is a miracle how I managed to drive home. My hands were shaking.
“Where is she?” I ask worried as I enter my apartment. I see Hannah walking from the bedroom to the kitchen with a cup
“She is ok now. I gave her some tea to relax” she says
“You should go. When she was in shock she was calling your name” she says
“Thank you so much that you bring her here.”
“No problem. I will leave you two alone now. Do you want something?”
“No thank you so much, Hannah,” I say with a smile and I walk to the bedroom. She is lying on the bed her back on me and looking outside the windows. I take off my jacket, I lose my tie and I lay beside her. I hug her and I kiss her head
“I’m here,” I say and she hugs my hand
“I was so scared,” she says crying
“I know sweetheart. I’m sorry I wasn’t there. I knew it I should come inside with you” I say kissing her head again. She squeezes my hand and kisses it.
“I told you to leave. Is not your fault”
“Still. I know the situation. I should come inside”
“You are here now.” She turns her head and she looks at me with wet eyes
“What about your meeting?” I kiss her cheek and I smile
“When Hannah texted that she brings you home and why I lost it. I left to Henry all my research about the investment and I ran to you”
“You shouldn't leave Henry like that. I told Hannah to text you ‘when you finished’”
“You think I had the mind to stay. It’s a fine sweetheart. He told me too to leave when I told him what happened”
“He not mad?”
“Not with you. With our father” I say and she turns her head to look outside
“Why he doesn’t want me?”
“Sweetheart is not personal with you. He just believes that happiness is in money and power. And he wants his kids to have business arrangements not marriage from love” I say and I kiss her head again.
“What do you want?” She asks. I sigh and I tell her to turn around. When she looked at me in the eyes
“I want you. I love you and I will not let anyone come between us. And to make something clear, even if my father had the power to deprive me I would still choose you”
“You don’t know that”
“Sweetheart I prefer to have a simple life with you in a small apartment than live in this huge apartment without you,” I say and I caress her cheek. She caresses my chest
“I would fall in love with you even if you were a simple employee. Sometimes I wish you were” she says and I kiss her
“Everything will be fine. We said that we would fight for each other”
“I am. If I gave up on you I wouldn’t be here now” she says and I kiss her. I hug her and after a while, she relaxes a little. She fell asleep and I went to the living room. I left the door open to hear her if she needed something. I call Henry and wait to answer
“George. How is Amber?”
“She is more relaxed now. She is sleeping”
“He touched her?”
“I don’t know. She was upset so I didn’t press her. But I don’t think so. Hannah said it happened in the hospital so I don’t think he did something”
“Only scared her”
“Yes. What about father?”
“He will not bother us again. I made him clear to leave three of us alone otherwise we will use everything with have against him”
“And what he said?”
“He uses the father card but I told him that he didn’t do anything those years to see him as a father. He is still in his place from respect, not love”
“I guess he didn’t like it”
“No. But he can't do much anymore. Enough is enough. I was nice for a long time not now. You and Grace have what you wish for and he will not ruin it. I know how long you two wanted happiness”
“Thank you, Henry. But you did well for yourself too. You don’t know who will fall in love with. Maybe he doesn’t like it and your choice. So you cover yourself”
“I don’t see that happen. But thanks that you are optimistic. I have to go now. Don’t worry I will deal with Ryan too.”
“Henry”
“I’m already on it.” He paused someone was talking to him
“One minute. I have to go George. Keep me posted on Amber” he says and ends the call. Henry is the best big brother that anyone could ask hot. I went to take some documents and data and my laptop and I went to the bedroom. I sit on the bed and I start to do some work. Around noon Amber start stretched and slowly opened her eyes
“Hey”
“Hi sweetheart,” I say with a smile
“You hungry I can make something,” she says and sits on the bed
“We can order something”
“No cooking helps me relax”
“Ok. Whatever you want then, I don’t have a problem”
“Ok,” she says and she kisses me. Thank God she is better. I will not leave her alone ever again. She will always have someone with her until Ryan returns from where he came from.
I moved to my office to work and I heard music from the kitchen, I smiled at that girl whatever she was in the kitchen she always put music on. As time passed, I smelled the delicious smell from the kitchen.
“Baby, lunch is ready” I hear Amber from the kitchen. I send an email to Henry and I walk to the kitchen, wash my hands and I turn around. Amber is already sitting and serving me food. I sit next to you her and I taste the food.
“Mmmm” damn my Amby knows how to cook
“You like it? Is Mexican chicken pasta”
“New recipe?”
“Yes. You know I like to try new things”
“I do. It’s a delicious sweetheart”
“Did you say to Henry about my birthday?”
“Yes. He will come. Grace and Steven can’t make it that weekend but they will send a gift. And Aaron texted they would come to. And also my friends Harry and Nick with their wifeys” I say and she sighs
“What is it?”
“Henry will be again alone between couples”
“We should find him someone,” I say
“He is picky though”
“Henry lived his life and all the women he met were bitches and gold diggers. When he met good girls he wasn’t into relationships then. And now he is paying for it. That’s what he said to me anyway “
“He has another chance now. He is dating?”
“No, right now. He doesn’t want to lose his time. He said if he sees a girl that he will catch his eye he will chase her”
“I hope so he finds one. I see him so miserable sometimes when he looks at other couples“
“He has changed in the last four years that he lived in London. He was away from our parents and that helped a lot to see life with different eye”
“I can’t believe that there are parents that don’t see their kid's happiness”
“Sweetheart the richest families are like that. They want to grow their health and properties and most weddings are agreements. Like my parents, I don’t think they were ever in love. I don’t think they know what is love” I say, she cupped my face
“That’s sad. Love is the most amazing and... “ she sighs
“...the most magical feeling in the world. If someone hasn’t felt ever is unlucky”
“I know. That’s why I will do anything to keep that magic” I say and I kiss her
“Eat now. Can we spend the rest of the day without work? Just cuddle and movies. Please!!” She says and she blinks her eyes showing her lower lip pleased.
“I can’t say no to you Amby. Just give me a half hour and I will all yours” I say tapping her nose
“I will give you time until wash the dishes,” she says and I laugh. We finished eating and I returned to my office to finish some paperwork for Henry. I sent it to him and wrote him that the rest of the day I would spend time with Amber. Everything he wants he can tell me tomorrow. I walk to the bedroom and I find Amber
“You finished?” She asks
“Yeah. I go for a shower and then I’m all yours”
“I go for a shower too. Do you want to share?”
“You don’t have to ask those things,” I say, and in minutes we are both naked in the shower
“Hannah called to ask if I’m ok now. And she tells me tomorrow will go to the dance school to apply.”
“If you want to of course you can go. But one condition” I say and she looks at me worried
“Until we get rid of Ryan you will have a driver to take you everywhere you want and he will follow you whatever you go”
“But”
“No, but. Please for me” I say and I please. She rolls her eyes
“Fine. But I want him to be discreet” she says warning
“Of course. You don’t know that he will be there”
“I love you”
“I love you too,” I say and I kiss her to lift her. I’m already hard and as I kiss her neck she moans
“God I can’t get enough of you. Do you want to stop?” I say and I kiss her, she has been through a lot today, and I don’t want to pressure her
“No. Please don’t stop” she says breathlessly and she kisses me. She touches my c**k and she positions it on her entrance. As we look at each other I push inside her
