When I got home, Ginny was parked in my driveway. I pulled in next to her and got out of the car. She followed me to my door. She tried to say something before we walked inside, but I shook my head. She obviously saw something because she clamped her mouth shut and followed me. I went straight to the fridge and grabbed a beer. I offered one to her, but she shook her head. I flipped the tops off both of them and chugged one before I met her gaze. “I’m a big girl, Micah.
