“No! None of these pack whores will be enough. I’m going for a run then I am going to shower and prepare for my leave tomorrow.” Lance shouts as he retreats

“Very well son safe travels and as usual its always a pleasure” I said watching him wave me off and leave the room. I have molded my son to be a strong alpha but I have no idea what made him become so love sick as he is. Yes I have been hard on him but it had to be that way if I am going to succeed in my plans. Lance POV:

(Sighing) “I know these girls don’t satisfy you but what else can I do?Dad is going to keep pushing us to either take a chosen mate or move on from this.”

“How about find her and than I can feed my hunger.” My wolf Midknight said angrily.

“Ugh… I know brother and I agree with you, but finding our mate right now is going to be hard. I have finish our last year or school than we will be off to alpha training so that we can take over for father. The sooner we get his nasty assets out of that chair the better chance we will have to continue the search for our little friend. Findind her and making sure she is really ok and happy would be satisfying but where the hell should we look. There are a million packs she could belong to.”

“I get it , I just want us to be happy as well. What good is it to find out if she is happy and we aren’t and did you forget when we mate and mark our mate it won’t be easy to find our ghost. Once we get the title can we do that with no problems yes, but if we find our mate before had we must explain things to her so that she will understand and if she doesn't than I am sorry brother but we will have to let this go. I will not hurt our mate for a ghost from the past.” MidKnight says with conviction

“I know but you can’t honestly say you don’t want to know as well, and I agree. Once titled no one will question our where abouts and we can find her as long as our mate is on board. Otherwise I will let this go I promise. (Sighing) I still cant believe she just up and disappeared without trace it just doesn’t seem legit, like something else is wrong.” I said walking into my bedroom to catch a nap.

"I agree something feels off and until we find her or our memories fully return there is no use in getting a headache trying to figure this out. So rest brother and we will figure out the rest later." MidKnight says as he retreats to the back of my mind and I lay down and fall asleep.
