“Wait here,” Helen says, positioning Armenia next to another girl, standing next to 4 other girls.
‘Did I hear right? Four hundred years ago?’ Armenia thinks to herself, looking around.
Armenia looks in the direction of the gentleman that Helen was just talking to and then at the woman wearing a crown, their appearances similar.
Armenia can feel the fear creep up in her as it just dawned on her why Lord Darren called on the princess at night and why she does not remember how she got to the lovely bed she woke up to moments ago and why it is dark.
‘There is no such thing as Vampires, right?’ Armenia asks herself.
Armenia looks over to the girl standing next to her, “hi, I am Armenia.”
“Princess Gwenda Edward,” the girl with blond hair hangs down and blue eyes respond in a whisper.
“What are we waiting for?” Armenia whispers.
“To get married,” Gwenda says.
“Are we all getting married?” Armenia wonders, looking at the tall windows that have no drapes. It is dark outside.
“I think so,” Gwenda says.
A tall man wearing a gold crown entered the room. He has light brown hair and matching light brown eyes wearing the same area clothes as Helen, formal evening wear; a dark tailcoat and trousers with a dark waistcoat, a white bow tie, and a shirt with a winged collar. His shoes had a slightly high heel and a narrow toe.
Armenia curtsey alongside the other woman. The king stopped in front of her looking straight into her eyes but not saying a word. He walks to the next girl and holds out his hand. Gwenda takes his hand and he kisses it, “I am King Theo and you are?”
“I am Princess Gwenda Edward,” Gwenda introduces herself.
“Your scent is irresistible,” King Theo says.
“Thank you,” Gwenda says, blushing.
King Theo kisses each of the next four ladies' hands and asks their names, making Armenia wonder why not her.
King Theo looks over at Queen Anina and signals her to come over.
“What seems to be the matter?” Queen Anina asks.
“Is she a princess? She does not smell like one,” King Theo says, looking at Armenia.
“Perhaps she is just so far down the line that it can not be picked up, Lord Darren has never made a mistake,” Queen Anina says, even though she would want nothing more than to be rid of Lord Darren so that her son, Andrew can finally have the woman he has been pinning over for the past four hundred years.
At that moment another man walked in, also wearing a crown followed by a couple more, all from the various supernatural species, last but not least prince Duncan.
All the men wearing crowns besides prince Duncan introduces themself to the young ladies, all believed to be from royal heritage, all showing no interest in Armenia.
“She might be the most beautiful of the lot but she does not smell like blue blood runs through her veins,” one of the royal men states the obvious.
King Theo is the only royal vampire amongst them and comes to a halt in front of Armenia.
Before Armenia knew what is happening, he sinks his teeth into her neck, making the other girls scream and run away. Armenia also let out a scream but then she stopped, as she felt a wave of calmness coming over her as she gets intoxicated.
“Mmmm, defiantly not royal,” King Theo says, taking a napkin and wiping his mouth off leaving Armenia to fall to the ground.
Queen Anina signals servants standing nearby, “feed her to the vampires.”
As the servants drag Armenia past prince Duncan his inner wolf cries once more like it did so many times before, ‘MATE.’
Prince Duncan does nothing but thinks to himself, ‘will take care of it later.’ Prince Duncan is a werewolf and he cast mates aside as if it was nothing. He despised his parents but kept it for himself.
The royals wait for King Theo to choose a human princess first.
“Princess Gwenda Edward,” he holds his hand out to the group of girls, standing together in fear, she won't be his first wife this decade.
“Stop being scared, everything you know of Vampires, Werewolves, Hybrids, Shifters, and everything in between is true, but you do not fear it,” he compels them.
Princess Gwenda steps away from the group and takes King Theo’s hand.
“Shall we get married?” he asks with a smile.
Not all the royals got a princess but they knew their turn will come after the higher ranks got their wives.
That knight after the wedding ceremonies the royals that did take a wife consummated their marriages.
Two maids came in and helped a princess take her dress off. As they are about to leave she stopped them, "where is my nightgown?"
"You don't need a nightgown," one says, giggling.
"Yes, I do!" she demands.
"Give her a nightgown," her King says, making her jump in fright grabbing the nearest sheets off the bed and covering her body making the King laugh.
The girl that was giggling quickly stopped and ran to get a nightgown.
She helps the princess put it on while the King watches making the princess blush and trying to cover herself the whole time.
"Tonight will be the last time you will ever wear a nightgown," the King says.
"Why?" she asks.
"As your husband and your King, I demand it," the King says, walking over to her.
The princess lays down on the bed nervously.
"Stand up," the King demands her and she stands up, not understanding what is happening.
The King rips the nightgown off her, tearing it off.
The princess gasp and tries to cover herself again.
