Skylar and Mason took the lead, heading straight towards where Merlia was spotted with Mitch on their heels. Jackson and Anderson headed in the opposite direction towards where Marge appeared. Jericka was standing next to Cassandra protectingly, waiting for her orders.
"Cordelia is headed our way; I need you to stay by my side," Cassandra mind-linked Jericka but let the others know what was going on as well.
Skylar looked at Mason as they continued towards Merlia. "I don't have a good feeling about this plan."
Mason agreed silently. "We have to have faith in our creator. Cassandra has been planning this moment for a few centuries. She just... didn't know all the players. We are more than double in number and far more trained than she anticipated. Merlia is our target."
