Duncan sped out of the hospital grounds, down Forest Avenue to the highway and North toward Two-Lakes Campground, his main base of operations.
He had to think. If that damned security guard hadn’t come in, he’d have Annabelle. He fantasized about what he wanted to do to her when he tied her to his bed.
