Annie and Mark emerged from the saddest funeral she’d ever experienced. First off, none of the bigger churches would take Honey Wright, a penniless girl who sinned for a living. Christ the Savior Evangelist Church semi-graciously gave in when the funeral director mentioned SEC was their last hope. Annie wasn’t so sure the preacher was happy to be their last choice.
