While Ember and James spent the day loving each other, the stranger spent his day in silent torment. After the girl took control of his body, he was left in a coma like state. He couldn’t open his eyes or move. He tried shouting but couldn’t move his lips. He could feel his wolf trapped in his subconscious as if he were locked in a closet and couldn’t get out. What had she done to him? He sensed another presence in the room where he lay, at least, he thought he was in a room. He had no way to tell where he was or how much time had passed. He lay on a bed and could feel that he was covered with a blanket. He tried to move his hand, but even that simple move proved to be futile.
