Chapter 6 The weekend had arrived at last. Leslie was free from seminars and conferences, free from the university. She had plenty of work to do: a great deal had piled up in the last week. But it could wait. Her Max, as she was now inclined to think of him, could not wait. He wasn't planning to stay here forever, after all, and besides Leslie was eager to be with him every minute she could and to complete the capture. Without saying anything about it, she dropped any pretense of wanting to be with anyone but him.
