“I’ll leave the matter entirely in your hands, but whatever you do, don’t let them get ashore.”
“And if the enemy should force a crossing?” asked Miranda.
“Then we’ll conduct a fighting withdrawal.”
“To where?”
“I’ll show you once we march.”

“As I mentioned, there’s only one route for an army to reach the capital. Some time ago, I picked a spot to make a stand.”
“There’s more,” added Danica. “In our absence, the ground has been modified.”
