Liora I am dragged back up the stairs of the pack house, towards Morgan’s room. The wolves are not so gentle when handling me, causing my broken bones to ache further and forcing me to bite my lip to hold back the pained whimpers that want to escape. I have tried for the last few minutes while thrashing about in hopes of getting free to contact Maya, but I keep slamming into a brick wall in my mind.
