Chapter 4

Ellie's Point Of View,

I was so tired after having a tiring day, I mean yeah I had a lot of fun and it was one of the best days of my life but still, I just can not do it daily as I have worked also to do and handle and if I would be sleepy and tired then it would be so difficult for me to work,

"I will drop you home, let us go Ellie", said Lucas to me as we all had lunch and it was so much fun and I was so happy but as Lucas said that he will drop me I instantly stopped smiling,

"Then how others will go, I mean we all came together here, how could you leave them alone", I said to me and he just glared at me,

"I said I will drop you after we will reach college", he said and I just felt so weird after that, now I just do not know what to say, I mean why the hell he wants to drop me when he could see that I am not showing any interest into him, why the hell he is giving me that much importance, I do not worth his importance, love and care,

"Oh, thank you so much, Lucas, but I have my scooter and I can go by myself", I said and I saw that his smiled dropped and I felt so damn bad for him, but since I know him and since we became friends I am trying to push him away and since then he is wasting his feeling and efforts on me, no matter how many times I told him that what he wants can not happen but he is still doing the same,

"Okay, be careful and", he was saying the same thing a thousand times and I cut him off,

"And if anything happens I will call you", I said and everyone just chuckled including me, Lucas was also smiling at me and his smile always melts my heart, he deserves love and cares just he does for me and he can not get that from me, he has to find a girl for him so that he could get the same love he gives to others,

"Now you become so mature", he teased me and I just smiled at him,

"Okay now let us go or else we will be late", I said and we paid the bill and headed inside his car, I was feeling like my eyes were getting heavy and sleepy and the moment I get in the car I just closed my eyes and soon I fell asleep, I just know it was going to happen as I was so f*****g tired,

After some time-

I slowly opened my eyes as I was still so sleepy but somehow I just opened my eyes and slowly rubbed them, I saw that I was alone in the car, I got scared for a minute, my heart almost stopped and I just thought that I got abducted and now I will be finished, I thought my rivals found me and now they will kill me,

"Hey, relax, what happened", I heard the familiar voice of Lucas and just got normal, my breath was now normal for a second I just thought that I am doomed,

"What happened to you, did you had any nightmare", he asked me as he handed me a bottle of water and I just took it from his hand and chugged it,

"Now tell me what happened", he asked me and just tried to caressed my hair but I just got back a little as it would be so awkward as we were all alone in the car,

"I am fine, thank you", I said and he just forced a smile, I looked here and there and there was no one,

"Where is everyone else", I asked him and he just smiled again,

"They were getting late so they left", he said and I just looked at my phone, s**t, I am doomed now, more than five missed calls from mom, f**k, now she will ask me thousands of questions and I looked at the clock and my eyes got wide, it was already past two in the evening and mom would be waiting for me, s**t, what the hell I will say to mom now,

"Why the hell you did not wake me up", I just asked him and he was staring at me like an i***t and I just hit his shoulder,

"Lucas, I am asking you something", I asked him again and he just took a deep breath,

"Well, it is simple, you were tired and you were sleeping, so I did not dare to wake you up", he said and I just cursed under my breath, why the hell I slept here, now I have to face my angry mom and after that, she will not even send me to my work, that would be so hard to convince her now,

"You are just unbelievable Lucas", I said to him and he just passed me a smile and that was so anoyying, I was feeling like I want to kick him for this, why the hell he is so stupid,

"I know but I can not help with it, now if you want I can drop you home, I will give fast and safe and I will drop you there in just five minutes", he said but earned a glare from me,

"I have a scooter and I can go by myself, thank you so much for your help", I said and got out of the car, I was angry and a little scared, I am just worried about my mom, she will eat my head and that is what I do not want, every time she gets angry she gets hyper too and it affects her heart and her health and that made me scared, I was about to start my scooter but my phone started ringing again,

"Yes mom I am in the middle of my way as I am coming home", I said before she could say anything,

"I am not at home", she said and my heart just started beating so damn fast,

"Then where are you mom, and are you okay, is something happen", I asked her as I was getting so impatient, I do not know why but mom was sounding so upset,

"Sam fell from the stairs and I am at the hospital", she said and I felt that my heart stopped for some minutes,

"What are you saying, how the hell it happened mom, where was her granny, how did he fell", I asked her but she just did not say anything,

"I am at City Child hospital, you just come fast there", said mom and hang up, bad thoughts started running into my mind and I just could not feel anything, my baby brother fall from stairs and mom took him to hospital, I have to go there fast, please god do not let him happen anything, please, he is so small for any pain now, please keep him safe until I go there, he would be so sad without me, I know he would be crying for me and missing me so much, I was trying to drive fast as I know he can not stay without me longer,

My heart was still beating so damn fast, I was scared for my baby brother, I know mom would be also worried just like me and also now I am scared for my mom too, she has a soft heart and I just can not even imagine how she would be feeling when she would have seen my baby bleeding, I was driving so fast against my rules but what else I can do, I was late and I need to go to him fast, soon I reach to the hospital and parked my scooter in the parking and ran inside, I stopped at reception and asked about my brother,

"He is in the child care area which is on the tenth floor", she said and I quickly made my way there, again bad thoughts were running into my mind and I was trying not to think about this, I know he would be fine, he has to be fine no matter what, as I walked out of the lift I saw my mom was sitting on the bench and there was someone with whom she was talking, I felt a little weird as we do not have any relatives here, then who he could be, coz of my mom I could not see his face so I just made my way there,

"Mom, how he is now and is fine, what the doctor said", I asked her in a panicked tone but my eyes just got wide when I saw with whom my mom was sitting, I just forget what I was saying as I was too shocked to react, what the hell he was doing here with my mom and how did he come here,

"He is fine now, you do not need to worry, the doctor said that he is only having a small injury, he will be fine in just a few days", said my mom with a smile and that is when I just got relaxed a little,

"Mom, you have any idea that how badly I got scared and how fast I was driving to come here", I said to her but she just ignored my all words and smiled at me,

"And what are you doing here with my mom", I asked him and he was also smiling at me,

"Do you know him Ellie", my mom asked me with wide eyes and I just nodded my head,

"Oh, she is your daughter, I did not know that, she is my friend", he said and my mom again smiled at her, what is wrong with my mom, why the hell is she smiling so much with him,

"Yes, meet my daughter Ellie", my mom said to him again with a smile,

"Mom, what he is doing here", I asked my mom and she just made me sit on the bench,

"Let me go mom I want to see him", I said but my mom just held my hand,

"He is sleeping and the doctor said that he needs a little rest", said my mom and I just took a deep breath,

"Oh mom, thank god he is fine, I was so scared, but how did he feel like that, where was the maid that time", I asked her and she just made a sad face,

"She was also sorry for this, she just went to the bathroom and just then he fell", said mom and I just patted her shoulder,

"Okay relax mom, he is fine now and what done is done now, we will take care of him now", I said and patted her shoulder,

"Now will you please tell me what he is doing here", I asked her and she looked at him again, gosh, the way he is smiling at my mom is making me so irritated, I do not like it when someone gets attached to my mom, and now also I am thinking that my mom started liking him and now he will get involved with my mom and I do not want it,

"I am here for help Ellie as you know I always do", he said and I looked at him with my big eyes, what does he mean by that, he is here for help, but how,

"What you mean", I asked him and my mom just cut me off,

"He is the one who helped me honey, when Sam fell I just got panicked so I just walked out and he helped me to get him hospital", said my mom and I just looked at him with wide eyes, oh god, now he indirectly helped me the third time, now he will again ask me for another help, I do not know but my heart was beating so damn fast to see him here,

"Oh, really, thank you amm Liam", I said and just gave him my hand and he instantly took my hand and shake my hand so fast, I was feeling so happy,

"And Ellie why you did not tell me that he is your friend, you never tell me about your friends", my mom asked me and he instantly left my hand,

"You never asked me mom", I said and I just do not know why I was smiling,

"I am so happy that he is your friend, he is so kind and sweet Elite, I am glad that your choice is good", said my mom and Liam just smirked at me, and I was just glaring at him, why the hell he is smirking,

"Oh, really mom, it is so rare that you like someone", I said and she just glared at me with angry eyes and I shifted my gaze towards Liam who was already staring at me with a werid kind of smile, and I quickly shifted my gaze,

"I was just kidding, are you fine mom, did you take your medicines and had lunch", I asked her and she slowly nodded her head, she knows that I do not like when she skips her medicines and food,

"Good for you, now you should go home and I will bring Sam home in some time or maybe when the doctor will allow", I said to my mom but she nodded her head,

"No need, I will stay with you here", she said and I just glared at her,

"Mom, I am not asking you but just telling you that you are going right now, the driver is waiting for you now go", I said and she again glared at me,

"This glaring will not work on me mom, you have to go and have some rest and see Liam is also here with me, so he will take care of him, so now no more arguments, now go and I will be home soon", I said to her and she took a deep breath,

"Okay fine I am going but promise me that you will take care of yourself", she said and I just smiled at her,

"I promise mom, do not worry about me, I will be fine", I said and she walked out from there, I was waiting for her to go and I made my way towards the window, I saw her get in the car and I took a breath in relief,

"Are you okay", he said as he was standing just behind me and I just got scared by his sudden presence behind me, my breath got stuck in my throat but soon I just sighed,

"Yes I am fine", I said slowly and he just took a step back as he gave me some space and I am thankful for this,

"You look tired, you can also go to a home with mom and I can drop him home", he said and I looked at him with narrow eyes,

"Why the hell you will drop him, he is my brother", I said and he just smiled at me,

"Now he is my brother also", he said and I just glared at him,

"He is not your brother", I said and glared at him, I was about to say something else but just then the doctor came to us and I stopped saying and quickly ran to him,

"Liam, he is now into his senses and he is calling you", said the doctor and I was glaring at both of them with wide eyes,

"He is my little brother and why the hell he is calling him", I asked the doctor and he was just looking at me without any expressions,

"I do not know miss, Liam brings him here and now he is calling him", said the doctor and I just sighed in anger, what the hell is happening, I just rolled my eyes at both of them and made my way to his room,

"My baby, are you okay", I said as I walked in and he was smiling already,

"I am fine Ellie, see I am smiling", he said and I made my way to his bed, there was a small bandage on his head, and I just touched his head slowly and he just cried in pain,

"Oh I am so sorry baby, I did not mean to hurt you", I said and he started laughing so loud and I glared at her,

"I was just kidding, it is not hurting at all", he said and started laughing again,

"Sam, you know that you scared me", I said and he just chuckled again, he started jumping and clapping with so much joy and happiness as he was looking at the door and I just followed his gaze and Liam walked in, what the hell, Sam was getting happy to see Liam but why I never saw him this much happy when he meets other, he gets happy like this when he meets and waits for me, I did not like it,

"Hey buddy, I miss you so much, where were you", said Liam and jumped in his arms, I was so f*****g shocked to see this, Sam never gets attach with anyone like this, Sam is so choosy just like me and he never gets attach with any other person so easily and I was just shocked that Sam gets attach with Liam like this and also so soon,

"I was just waiting outside of your room and waiting for you to open your eyes", said Liam with so much love and care, I was so shocked to see Liam too, the way he was talking with Sam was looking like he was his brother, I just smiled when I saw the bond between them,

"Oh really, thank you, buddy, I missed you so much", said Sam and wrapped his arms around him and placed a small kiss on Liam's cheeks and Liam also kissed him back, I felt so bad as Sam only kisses me this way but now he is kissing Liam too,

"Now you have to rest for some time so that we could go home", said Liam and Sam nodded his head like a good kid, gosh, how could he change in just a few hours,

"Okay so I am going to get discharge papers for him, you wait here with him", said Liam to me and I just nodded my head, he slowly placed Sam down on the bed and walked out from the room and I was just looking at him with so many emotions,
